SUMMARY

Nestled in Santa Fe's charming hillside, the newly remodeled La Marta offers a private and contemporary space that feels secluded, but is only one mile (or a twenty-minute walk) to The Plaza. The comfortable and clean interior design is complemented by ample natural light pouring in from the beautiful hillside setting. You may not want to leave this incredible space, but it is still an easy walk to everything else that Santa Fe has to offer!



LIVING AREA

La Marta is perfect for entertaining. The living and dining space frames an incredible kiva fireplace and a large HDTV equipped with YouTube LIVE and all of your favorite streaming applications.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is ideal for cooking from home, and is complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge



BED AND BATH

The breathtaking master suite features a king bed, a gas fireplace, a private deck with mountain views, and a stylish contemporary bathroom.



The guest suites feature a king and queen bed, and share a bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The deck off of the living room is perfectly set for outdoor dining with a gas grill, table seating for six, and additional lounge furniture for soaking up New Mexico’s famous sunlight.

Beautiful, quiet property

La Marta is a fabulous home in a quiet area of town, but is still a short walk to the plaza. I highly recommend La Marta for your next stay.

Wonderful home!!

This property is beautifully designed and had every accommodation you could want!! The kitchen was perfectly stocked, bathrooms were accommodating for 6 adults and 2 preteens and the living and bedroom spaces were so comfortable and inviting. The location of this property was perfect for the skiers in our group, as well as the sight seers in our group. You are located 28 mins from the slopes and 3 mins to the square!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place, we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Stay in Santa Fe

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The house is extremely clean and very well furnished. Check in process was very smooth and easy. The property manager is easily reachable by text and also updates you about all the things we might need. Each room is beautifully furnished and has smart TV and AC. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend and we would recommend it to anyone. Definitely would come back if we come back to Santa Fe!

Fresh and convenient

My sisters and I are older ladies who usually travel to New Mexico each summer. We chose this home for it’s outside area and it’s clean contemporary design but it still has a Santa Fe feel. Very close to the Plaza and shops but private. The beds are quite comfortable and all the amenities were there. Perfect for our needs.

Excellent Location

The house was perfect for family get together. Clean, well-stocked and great open layout for everyone to do their own thing without being on top of each other. Comfortable and one of the best homes we have visited. The check out procedure was perfect. Just tell them when you leave. Really dislike the places that have a ten step checkout process including chores.

Everything we hoped for

The home proved to be an ideal place for part of us to stay and a comfortable gathering place for the extended family. We were surprised and delighted by some small details: not just a coffeemaker but also local ground coffee, a welcome bottle of wine. We would have liked an earlier checkin (4 pm was a little late) and later checkout (10 am is early), if only because we enjoyed the house so much.

Mini getaway to Santa Fe

La Marta was beautiful and immaculately clean. The bed, pillows, and linens were top notch - we slept well! Also, I greatly appreciated the easy communication with the property manager who kindly let me check in a few hours early so I could drop off luggage. My only tip for other travelers is to turn off the mini split in your bedroom to avoid sleeping under dry air. The house was warm enough with the other heaters running.

Girls weekend

We really enjoyed the La Marta property. The 2 outdoor spaces were lovely with great views. There was plenty of room to spread out. The host provided coffee, condiments, and some snacks. I'd recommend having a car to get around as we didn't feel like the walk back from the plaza was convenient - it's mostly uphill with no sidewalks so it would be a bit dicey in the dark. Once we rented a car, we were much more free to explore. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others!
