- The Master Retreat features bedroom with King size luxury memory foam mattress and private ensuite with double sinks and waterfall shower. Master suite also includes a private balcony with gorgeous Balinese style outdoor bath.

- High speed NBN WiFi throughout the property. Note this internet is not shared with any other properties so the whole single is yours.

- 2 smart TV's. Living room Tv is large 55 inch smart TV with complementary Disney +, Netflix in addition to all the regular free to air channels. The Downstairs Smart TV in the second bedroom is 32 inches and has complementary Netflix as well as U Tube access (perfect for kids).

- Kitchen has absolutely everything you could want with quality cookware, table service and Baccarat knives plus everything you expect in a 5 star property such as bakeware, blender and luxury appliances.

- On demand 3 stage water filter. Perfect clean drinking water.

- Bedroom 2 is downstairs and features a triple bunk with roll out trundle. Perfect for kids this room has a smart Tv with Netflix and U tube access, toys, 2 robes and play space. Directly across the hall from bathroom 2.

- Bathroom 2 features handmade tiles, frameless glass shower with waterfall shower head, locally sourced hardwood vanity with stone sink & Hollywood mirror lighting. There is also a solar tube directly over the shower so you can enjoy sun or moonlight while bathing.

- Master ensuite features waterfall shower, bespoke tiles, double vanity with locally sourced Harwood top, stone sinks, Hollywood mirrors and a solar tube over the vanity.

- Master balcony retreat features a freestanding bath and outdoor seat. Privately shielded by lush green plants (as well as blinds if you desire) you can escape to this tranquil oasis and listen to the ocean as you soak in this 180cm large freestanding tub.

- Bedroom 3 has the best views in the house. This loft bedroom (above the main living area) has expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. It features a queen sized bedroom suite with bed side tables, a desk & chair plus louver windows and freestanding fan. Mattress is hybrid with memory foam layer.

- Laundry features efficient washer and dryer plus drying rack and everything else you would expect to find in a 5 star property.

- Exercise equipment. We have a foam roller and Yoga mat so you can stretch after all the time spent in the ocean during your stay.

- We have several off street parking spaces as well as a garage that is for your exclusive use during your stay. Plenty of room for all your toys to be stowed during your holiday.

- Linen included. High thread count sheets & quality bath towels are included in the booking.

- Outdoor shower. At the entrance to Villa Sol we have a cold outdoor shower and hose. Perfect for washing sand and salt off people, cars, boats and surfboards after the beach.

- Complementary welcome gifts. We want our guests to immediately feel the holiday vibe and RELAX! All guests receive welcome gifts of wine, chocolate, flowers and coffee (something for everyone)!

- We are experienced Superhosts and aim for you to have the optimal holiday experience staying with us. We can stock your kitchen for arrival, organise in house services and facilitate special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries.

- Our location is ideal. Besides the numerous beaches and blue pools, we also have a children's park across the road and are on the edge of the stunning Yuragai National Park.

- We offer self check in/out with smart locks. Check in information is sent to you along with a detailed check in guide complete with photographs. This means that you do not have to pick up a key from anywhere or waste time getting lost and wondering if you're in the right place. We aim to make your holiday as easy and stress free as possible.
