Spacious three bedroom apartment with large kitchen and open plan lounge and dining for great family gatherings. Set up to be your home away from home. Huge, secure patio on ground floor, that you can access all the facilities onsite, which are heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, pool room and tennis court. Wander across the road to the beach, local cafes and restaurants. Bus stop outside door for ease of access. Nextdoor to prestigious Paraparaumu Beach Links Golf Course.
This is a residential apartment block and we also live in the building. Please respect this is not a party house and know it will appeal to families, corporates and golfers.

Warm, friendly welcome from host. Everything as seen on website. Great location, close to beach (for long walks), close to cafes for your coffee fix. Perfect for kids, large courtyard for them to play safely and the pool was a hit. A great place to spend a few days.

Convenient huge space

Our stay was great at The Links. Beds were so comfy and the space was huge to spread out. We would have loved another set of towels for the pool and the wifi was outrageously slow but that was well off set by the friendly host (and other apartment occupants) and the late check out was so kind! 5/5 from us!

Highly recommend, Best quality home condo spot

Fantastic family holiday fun condo, spacious, clean, comfy beds, quality furnishings, fab facilities and layout. Will definitely return, and cook and enjoy the large courtyard BBQ area, tennis, pool, sauna, billiards, walk to cafes, beach. Lovely, grateful.

Very well appointed apartment as per the listing. Easy walk to cafes, beach and right next door to the golf club. Kylie was great to deal with and highly recommend as a place to base yourself to enjoy Kapiti area.

Great location and amenities

Excellent location, great space and plenty of room. Really close to the golf course and the beach. We found some nice cafes and food options close by. The 3 bedroom fully self contained apartment provided everything we needed as a family. Only disappointment was the pool wasn't warm as it had recently been serviced.

We found that this property was a house with plenty of room big lounge an kitchen to do your thing not to mention a dish washer washing machine an dryer at your disposal your own court yard with open air living and bbq comfy spacious living very quiet close to beach shops ect we enjoyed our stay an highly recommend this 3 bedroom 6 people apartment building a must to rent if looking for everything you need in a rental property Kylie an David are great host and are there if you need anything once again very good choice

Amazing Stay

We were highly impressed with our entire stay. David & Kylie were just amazing hosts upon arrival 1am in the morning, they just went beyond measures to welcome us into their beautiful apartment.
