Amazing location!

The place was perfect for my partner and I. So cool being right downtown we could walk everywhere we needed to and the underground parking was super close. The owner was quick to reply when we messaged. The place was clean and everyone we encountered was so friendly.

Location was good. Some vagrancy in the area. Biggest problem was with English directions for check in were incorrect. Owner seemed apologetic and said she would correct the instructions.

Nice small studio not too far from the old city

We enjoyed our stay overall. The studio was small but nicely appointed. The location was good. It was near a street with a bunch of restaurants and only about a 15 walk from the edge of the old city. We were disappointed, however, that it didn't have air conditioning. I guess that we didn't look at the description closely enough but I feel that this could have been made more clear. All in all, I would come back.

Hot and Noisy

The place itself was nice, but without air conditioning, it was very hot. Opening the windows helped, but due to the bar located right below, very noisy. The portable air conditioner provided did little to help with the heat.

Great overall

Everything was great overall. Very convenient location, easy to get in and out of the building and unit. The unit is small and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, forks, pans, pots, etc. Anything you might need. The bathroom was also small and clean. As expected, the unit was a little warm because of the weather (30 degrees) even with the two fans running, and it was a bit loud overnight because we kept the windows open. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, it did not flatten all the way and I could feel the metal frame through the mattress. There was parking close by for 20 per 24h, and the building is very close to one of the unitours bus stops (if you're planning to get a hop-on-hop-off bus tour). The host was very responsive, and I enjoyed my stay overall.

Good location but not in old Town like I was looking for. But those were too pricey anyway. Able to park right behind although the payment process at the lot was hinky. But that's not the fault of the property. The problem was the code did not work on the front gated door! Imagine driving hours from Vermont, navigating through traffic in a strange city only to finally get there and unable to enter. So I was stuck outside on a dark city street with no idea what to do next. I messaged the manager she responded about an hour later. Luckily some folks came out about 15 mins later and they let me in.Warning: you'll need 3 codes to get into your room.

Correct. Bien situé mais bruyant.

Le studio pourrait bénéficier de quelques rénovations. Le plancher de céramique de la salle de bain est largement abimé. Le lit est correct. Le tapis du corridor est d'une propreté douteuse. Bon emplacement mais bruyant.

Nice place, sketchy locals...

The building is a bit run down, but the facilities are decent and well priced. If you're a young adult, looking to be in the middle of the action, this is a great spot. The biggest issue that I had was the amount of mentally unwell homeless people wandering the streets nearby. We even had one try to shove his way into the building until I told him that I was calling the police.

A clean, convenient place to stay

Isabelle makes the whole process extremely easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials. The weather was pretty hot for my stay, but the apartment had a little space cooler which helped a lot. (My only recommendation would be for an additional fan) The apartment is located in a very convenient location with plenty of stuff within walking distance, but also nearby bus routes that will get you anywhere want to go including the Old City, Montmorency Falls and the airport.

Un peu difficile à trouver car beaucoup de construction dans les rues avoisinantes. Détours à faire. Tout est là, mais aucun extra... ex: j'avais une soirée chic et j'aurais apprécié un mirroir long pour voir si j'étais ok. Pour un long séjour, svp aviser d'acheter des dosettes de café. Pour le reste, c'est parfait!
