Please remember that a heated pool is not equivalent to a hot tub, this means that during unusually cold days (under 55 degrees), every pool heater loses energy efficiency, therefore the pool may not be able to reach the full temperature setting of 85 degrees
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- Person making the reservation is fully responsible for any property damage
- While the fridge has an ice maker, it is not set up to function
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras along the perimeter and entrance of the home. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell, facing the entryway. Camera 2 faces the air conditioning unit, and cameras 3 and 4 face the pool equipment. They should not infringe on your privacy and do not look into any interior spaces

AMAZING home! BIG, NICE and COMFORTABLE

Nine of us were very happy with this home. Close to the beach, pool in the back yard, ping pong in the garage, nice neighborhood & yard, big table for eating, comfortable living room, beds were nice and comfortable. It was so nice! VRBO & Evolve team were fantastic also!

Good Form and Function

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Beach House (I like the color). The house was extremely comfortable, clean and easy to maintain. I would certainly recommend this home to families with young kids. For us it was close to the beach, quiet and relaxing. Absolutely loved the pool!

Great Place to Stay

The place is great. Very clean, updated and not a far walk to the beach. Our kids LOVED the pool and yard to play in (with the very little energy they had left after the beach). The walk to the beach is max 5-7 minutes with kids. The house provides chairs and a wheelbarrow to take your items.

Quiet and beautiful!

This well-appointed home is great for enjoying a quiet time with the family. The large yard and pool felt very private, and the beach was just a short walk away. The beach itself was also very secluded, with very few people around. The state park, which is a short drive away, is worth a visit. The team that oversaw our rental was very responsive and attentive when we had any questions or concerns. Overall, it was a fun time!

We are extremely pleased with this stay. The cleanliness, the exact pictures that match the home when you walk in, the spacious yard for my dog to run in, the extremely comfortable bedding (most important!) and the peacefulness!!! Cannot love this enough!

Big beach house only 5 min walk to the beach

We came to Fort Pierce to play and surf. We we impressed with the house: Big, plenty of space for 2 large families. Great pool, patio, and large fenced in yard for our large pup. Homeowners were very responsive with all our questions about the property. The neighborhood is quiet and so beautiful and a lovely 5-7 min walk to the private beach ⛱️

Family Vacation

The property was in great shape. It had everything we needed and more. My kids loved the ping pong table and the electric scooters. It was just a block from the beach. This was perfect for our family of 4. There was so much space in the living and dining area for dinners and playing card games. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was in great shape. The owner was so nice to work with and helped us move our dates due to a hurricane storm. We have stayed at several rental properties and this one is our favorite. We would definately stay there again!

Island Beach House Stay

Wonderful experience for us staying here. The Pre-trip communication was excellent about check-in, the house and places to visit. During our visit, our contact - Genevievre always responded immediately to our questions. What a pleasure opening the door and finding a beautifully maintained and clean home. We traveled with our 3 grandsons and they loved having their own rooms and plenty of space. And the pool, super clean. We spent many hours just swimming and enjoying the pool. The neighborhood was just as described very close to a beautiful uncrowded beach. We just loved our visit. A very big thank you to all of the staff who had everything ready for us. Thanksgiving Reunion

One of the high points of our family reunion week according to the grandchildren was this house. Its pool, garage with games that included ping pong and foosball , as well as proximity to the beach made it an ideal location. The adults appreciated the comfortable beds, cleanliness of the whole property and the screened area over pool and back deck. The kitchen was easy to work in and seating area sufficient. When we had trouble with the code to access the property the response to our call was prompt. We'd suggest that guests be given information about the hidden key. We would recommend this property.

House review

Diana was always available to answer any questions I had before arriving to Fort Pierce. The house was in a great location and the beach was just a 6 minute walk. The house had everything you needed during your stay. I would definitely consider coming back!

Beautiful, clean home with great location!

This home was perfect for our family gathering. The living and dining room area is very spacious and there is plenty of shaded outdoor seating (with outdoor fans). The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for making meals at home. The home was immaculately clean!! The pool and very short walk to the beach made it absolutely perfect. I would definitely rent this home again!

Beautiful home, great location, great to gather with families or friends

Outstanding property. Immaculately clean; large, open living spaces that easily accommodated our group for gathering, eating, etc. The pool, bikes, ping pong and fuse ball were a bonus and were great for entertaining the younger family members. Everything was well managed. The reservation, check in and check out were efficient and easy. We also enjoyed the large amount of covered outdoor space - great for enjoying the weather without being in the sun. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place

Stayed for a few days last month with my wife and dogs. It was a very well thought out straightforward house. Kinda hard to describe but all the light switches, appliances, places to plug in a charger, etc were right were you'd expect them to be. I remember thinking someone had definitely put some thought into the layout. Also, the house was absolutely immaculate. Great restaurants in town. Dogs loved the fenced in yard. Miles of beach. Awesome.

Fabulous location, great for a family get together

The home was clean and very well appointed. The child safe fence for the pool was a real bonus for us with small children. The beach is a short walk and not crowded. Grocery store just a few miles away. You must have a streaming account to use the TVs which was a challenge for us. The garage had lots of beach chairs and a cart to take them to the beach. Baby equipment was provided. Beds were super comfy and lots of towels.

Amazing

This was a great and CLEAN property!! We had the best time and it is such a quick, easy, and safe walk to the beach. The heated pool kept our 6 month old comfortable during the whole trip. The house had everything that we needed during our stay. We were very impressed with how clean and kept up the house/yard/pool were! The property contact was very quick with responses and very helpful. We will be back. We have no complaints.
