Hi Rayan I am disappointed to read this. There is a brand new air conditioner installed in the property and fast NBN. I sincerely wish you had contacted us and the property manager could have checked out if you had any issues.

This guest made booking at two of our properties. He made a complaint about cleanliness in one of the property and demanded a refund. He also threatened that otherwise he will put a bad review. I advised him to provide details and evidence which he didn’t provide. I also offered to send in the cleaners to rectify anything he could identify which he also declined. To us it seemed like it was just an opportunity to get a lower rate. I must add both the accommodations were left with a lot of grass clippings, mud and dirt from outside which made the flooring hard to clean for the cleaners. Very unreasonable guest. There was no complaint about the other accommodation however he chose to give poor reviews for both accommodation which says a lot about the veracity of this review.
