Spend your precious vacation days at our cozy cottage for two! Golden Slumber is conveniently located along the main drag of Eastham. You can spend your morning lounging in the golden early morning light on your private back patio, then venture out to explore all of the Outer Cape’s best offerings! Cruise down to Cooks Brook Beach or Sunken Meadow Beach, feel the ocean breeze in your hair and the warm sun on your face. Head back to Golden Slumber for a quick refresh and get ready for a night on the town! Enjoy a feature at one of the last Drive In Theaters in America, then sample the local flavors at any of Eastham’s eateries like Arnolds, Brine, or Seashore Kitchen and Bar. If you’re feeling adventurous, head out to the Wellfleet Beachcomber to drink and dance the night away in the dunes! End your evening back at Golden Slumber, snug and content. Sports are more your thing? This home is not far from the Cape Cod Rail Trail; load the bikes in the car and park at any of the Rail Trail parking areas to experience the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25 mile activity trail which leads from Wellfleet all the way to Yarmouth and is perfect for biking, running or walking. Bikes can be rented at the nearby Little Capistrano Bike Shop!

Clean and great location

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness and cute layout of the cottage. We enjoyed our stay and the cottage met all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was located close to the sites we wanted to visit. Thank you for helping to make our vacation a pleasant experience.

Yearly get away, still perfect staying at tiny house!

Excellent jumping off spot for our adventures of the weekend. Facility was well stocked and communication was a breeze. My only 2 suggestions would be to have blackout blinds instead of the chincy slat blinds, my husband and I are early risers but it was definitely earlier than normal with the extra sunshine in the mornings. And 2, the tv should be mounted on a moveable arm bracket above the table instead of over the bed, you cant really use it the way it is and relax before bed. Overall a great spot and worked exactly as we had hoped for our adventures on the Cape

Tiny house review

The house was as expected in terms of size and cleanliness. It also afforded us an opportunity to be in the area we love with minimal cost. The house is close to all. The outdoor area was really nice to have. A fire pit could add something to the outdoor area. The grill worked great. The bed was comfortable. Effort was made to provide storage (I needed to move items out of drawers to accommodate clothing). The kitchen was very clean, but not stocked with much. One butter knife, a few forks and spoons, exactly two bowls and drinking glasses. For guests that cook, there are no cooking supplies (No tin foil, mixing bowl, oil or salt/pepper). The bathroom was clean. Would be nice to have a latch on the bathroom as the door keeps flying open when windows are open.
