This is a cute little place, could have used some TLC in yard, communication with Naomi was good. We had a wonderful time.

Hi Sandy, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We sincerely apologize for the landscaping concern. Our landscaper that we had scheduled to maintain the law was not able to show up during this period. We regret that the unkempt lawn was an inconvenience to your stay and we will be sure to secure landscaping maintenance more effectively in the future. Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
Loved the retro decor, from the blue piano to art posters to old records and cassette tapes. Best of all, there was a radio, something we don't often get. Good location, close to Botanic Gardens and UCHealth. Would stay again.
The property was beautiful, just the right size for our visit to Colorado. It had everything we needed, very clean, and had a good size backyard for our boys to play around. It's a corner house, with friendly neighbors, and had an area to sit under the lights at night.
It was close to the City of Denver, local museums, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely return! Thank you!
The property was super cute and described well. The only thing that I might say is for evolve to have a better way to get ahold of the host if early checkin is permitted. VRBO was amazing and helped with the communication so it kept it streamlined.

Liked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Location good. Cleanliness mediocre.
Location was very convenient. Easy to get in and out. Smelled stale upon arrival, like smoke. Very dusty.
Towels and sheets were clean which was the most important to us. Coffee and kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Unlikely to stay again

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future.
I enjoyed my stay here. It was a good central location between the airport and the places we wanted to go.
The decor has a fun, interesting vibe. It was fun to have a piano and I love listening to my son play (even though some of the keys don't work).
It was so great to have everything we needed there. I've stayed in houses that make you bring your own dish detergent and paper towels, etc. This house had everything there- paper products, spices, olive oil, cleaning products, there was not one thing that we had to do without.
Getting in was convenient with the lock box and there was a handwritten note and candy to welcome us.
I recommend this place..
The house smelled very clean, its a calm neighborhood, it has everything you need, it also has a really good air conditioning. Good parking space. Will recommend to stay here👍🏻
We loved this little bungalow, it was truly a home away from home. Best music, books and wine. Patio was great the location to all the sites and attractions was also good We will definitely be back 👍
If you want luxury you won't find it here but it was a great little eclectic style house. It was clean and as described in pictures. Close to Coors Field (8 miles) and Denver Airport (25 miles), and about an 1 1/2 hour drive to Rocky Mt. National Park. Convenient to many restaurants and activities in the Aurora/Denver area. The only thing that we needed were pillows! There was one long pillow on one bed and none on the other. We probably could have called and asked for more, but we didn't, so we improvised. It was on the corner of a busy street, but the noise was minimal. We would stay here again.
