We had a great time and decided to stay for a further day than originally booked. The unit was perfect with plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The unit had everything we needed and we felt like being at home. We would stay here again if we were to come over to St Pete's in the future.

Family Celebration

The condo was okay and the quality met our expectations, however the bed was HORRIBLE. I've stayed in thousands of hotels in my life and this was by far the worst bed. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The onsite manager did not offer a solution so my wife slept on the sofa. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

It was good for three days.

The unit was very clean. The bed was really hard and the sheets were very hard and scratchy. The worst was the air conditioning in the unit did not cool the bedroom and it was very warm in there. You could only turn the air down so far, it was locked out.

The property was in a perfect location. Beach right outside the door, great food choices in walking distance, grocery store very close. However, I chose this property solely based on the fact that they stated it was "adults only". It was the exact opposite. I first noticed children in the pool, which i didn't use because of this. Later in the day, i could hear children screaming in the hallway. I love kids, but this was to be a quiet and relaxing trip. Away from my normal routine, which includes kids and babies. Everyday.

Great location & vacation

The check in process was a little clunky. Office is on 2nd floor but elevator says it’s on the first floor (there is not a first floor because that’s the garage). Would be helpful if that was mentioned in check email. Also, if you arrive before 5 pm, that 1st door isn’t locked which we didn’t realize right away. Tried buzzing the office to let us in but the connection was bad and they couldn’t hear us. We figured out then we could walk right in. Upon entering the unit, there was an awful overwhelming toxic smell. We realized it was the cleaning products they use. No doubt those are highly toxic and should consider something a little less toxic because people are breathing that in! We had to go buy febreeze spray and plug ins because it smelled so bad. One of the sinks plugs in the master bathroom didn’t work. Realized that the first time I tried washing my hands-water wouldn’t go down. Never could get it opened but the water eventually drained so I never used that sink again. That first day, I spilled some water on the floor and went to wipe it up. My paper towel was already dirty. Guess they don’t clean the floors real well after every visit. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had most items to cook with for breakfast and light meals. The office was pleasant to work with later for other issues. Overall it was a pleasant stay after check-in and the initial hiccups we encountered. It’s a great location and walking distance to several bars/restaurants.

We loved staying here. It was our first time. The location was great with access to the beach and a pool and hot tub. It was close to many attractions and restaurants, both in driving distance and walking distance. We would recommend this facility to friends and would stay here again.

Nice and Relaxing

Very nice location and even better view. The people at the front desk very extremely friendly and helpful. Had a minor issue with the smoke detector in our room but as soon as I made the aware, they took care of it immediately. Will definitely stay again.

Location is awesome.

My only issue I had with this place is the smoke detector outside of the bathroom would go off after taking a shower. We had to either keep the door shut or unplug the smoke detector.
