We love the Gulf Gate Resort. It's a wonderful location and all the guests are very social. The manager, Gary is so kind and very efficient in every aspect of our needs. The very best that we've ever encountered. We plan to make reservations here for years to come.

Winter in St. PETE Beach FL

There was a problem with the leak in the ceiling at the first condo we had rented. We were moved to an even better condo for the rest of our stay.

A special thank you to Gary at the front desk for all his help and kindness. He's so good at his job and very much appreciated. And Maintenance man Mark is the best at repairs. And my favorite cleaning lady, Laura, is super good. Gulf Gate definitely has the best employee's at this resort.

Great location

Wonderful unit in a great location on the beach. Comfortable bed, nice furnishing. Only issue was that water was shut down for 7 hours on one day for maintenance. Not a normal occurrence, but an inconvenience.

Excellent location and property

Pros: This property was absolutely perfect. In a great location. Views of the bay from the balcony and the ocean from the front porch and master window. We enjoyed the updated furniture and cooked meals in to save money. Cons: The cleaning people did a subpar job at best. The dining room table had sand all over it, there were many dishes that were put away dirty (which we cleaned), the half roll of paper towels were stained, no sponge for dishwashing and no extra trash bags. We felt that basic supplies like those mentioned should have been available and the unit found have been cleaned better with more attention to detail. Overall we had an amazing trip and stay and would stay here again and will recommend.

Beautiful location, perfect area, nice and relaxing. Unit could use some updates but well worth the stay, perfect location to everything. Everything is accessible by walking if you choose to, will stay at Gulf Gate again,

This is a great place at a great location. Plenty of amenities and walking distance to various places. Publix is very close and the pool is very warm
