The Space:
Aurora del Mar is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom comfortable villa. The villa features a grand patio; great to indulge in some fresh air and bbq with family and friends. If you are looking to relax, experience breathtaking sunsets, enjoy quiet surroundings, and still have all the fun and action Aguadilla has to offer then this is the place for you!
LIVING AREA:
Once you arrive at Aurora del Mar you are greeted with a spacious beautiful front yard that leads to the entrance. The living area seamlessly integrates into the kitchen. There is a 4 person dining table, TV, sectional three-sitter sofa, a love seat in between both bedrooms. There is also an assigned reading nook with a sofa; the perfect spot to unwind and catch up some reading. Aurora del Mar has a washer and dryer perfect for an extended stay. There is a door in between the kitchen that leads to the majestic patio. The patio features garden chairs, bbq, and Edison lighting throughout the entire fence/patio.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The bedrooms have a serene and gentle color palette; creating a relaxing ambiance for guests to enjoy.
The master suite has a queen-size bed, a personal nightstand, walking closet, AC, full dresser.
The second bedroom has also a queen size bed, AC, personal nightstand, and drawer.
The bedrooms share a full bathroom.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN:
Aurora del Mar kitchen is conveniently located in the living area. This industrial-style kitchen has concrete countertops and exposed piping. It offers a full refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, stove, blender, and basically everything you need for an extended stay. It has an additional 2 person seating in its counter area.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING:
The property includes parking for two (2) cars.
Renting a car is a must when staying in Aguadilla. There are many activities within a 15 minutes driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate.
LOCATION:
Aguadilla is a coastal municipality right at the northwest point of the island attracting tourists all year round for its surfing beaches, scenic sunsets and nearby points of interest on the west coast.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites, all within a short driving distance:
Enjoy amazing beaches; which are certainly the main attraction for both tourists and locals: Surfer's Beach, Crash Boat, Peña Blanca, Rompeolas, just to name a few.
Brunch at Mona. Mona is by far the most popular brunch in Aguadilla.
Capture some great Instagram-worthy photos in “Casas de Colores”. A macro-mural made up of residences in the community known as “Cerro Cabrera”.
Explore the prime culinary nightlife on road 110. There is a large assortment of bars and restaurants on this strip which is a favorite among locals on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Have some fun at Punta Borinquen Golf Course. It offers a driving range and practice green with reasonable fees.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
