Casually elegant decor and open concept floor plan includes 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 3 full plus 1 half bathrooms and features all the comforts of home including an amazing roomy full-size kitchen with many upgrades. First floor primary bedroom with king size bed makes the house perfect for multi-generational living. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs and WiFi. Exceptional Clubhouse offers an amazing 2 pools, 2 fitness centers and tennis & pickle ball courts! (Limit of 8 recreation passes) The kids will love the catch and release fishing in community ponds. Perfect location convenient to lots of restaurants, tax free shopping and only just a short 5-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Bethany Beach.
