Welcome to Beso del Mar. Your secluded villa with breath taking panoramic ocean views! A 5 min walk to the beach thru the botanical gardens of the villa. The villa is centrally located and close to several beaches, amazing restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Restaurants within walking distance and grocery store a 5 min drive away. Enjoy your private pool overlooking the ocean while relaxing in the sunshine and beautiful sea breeze. Your tropical home away from home is surrounded in beautiful lush tropical gardens. Wake each morning to the sound of birds and the ocean. From your deck , enjoy a beautiful sunset and miles of stunning Grace Bay Beach lit at night. A magical view that changes every hour. Let’s not forget the magical night stars that shine above. The villa is very spacious and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. A well equipped kitchen for dining in or a barbecue for grilling. The villa has high speed internet, smart tv, plenty of board games and books. Relax on a restful covered porch or a hammock under a palm tree. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided. Granny suite capabilities available (at request) with a fully furnished 1000 sq ft apartment below; also with ocean views. The granny suite is not rented separately to other guests. We are located ten min from the airport. We offer concierge grocery service for your arrival and other amenities available. Let us help you plan your perfect vacation! The island offers many excursion's ( horseback riding, fishing, Parasailing, golfing, water sports....) shopping, spectacular restaurants and bars. All close to the villa. Excellent property and superb host in Julie. She was super responsive at all times of day and night. Good central location on island was great for us to explore as first timers. An older/more traditional property, everything was in great working condition for a comfortable stay. The walk to beach is quite short and easy. Views are great as is the pool. WiFi is solid. The tvs are a tad dated but you didn’t come to TCI to watch tv did you? The apartment/nanny space was also clean and comfortable.

Beso Del Mar - Truly Serene

Beso Del Mar is a beautiful home with beautiful views. The home is as described and we had a fabulous time! Close to many options for food and really a great spot for families as well as adults!

Tropical Paradise

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa! We didn't want to leave, and then when we did leave, we were so sad to say goodbye to Koko. He is the sweetest dog. We always miss our pets so much when we're on vacation, but the pets at your villa made us feel totally at home:)I'm attaching some of our photos. I couldn't help myself - I took a ridiculous amount of photos of the water. It was so clear and beautiful. We loved the close beach access that was basically private. We only had people near us on one day, and they weren't even that close. We also loved that we could snorkel right off the beach. It was great to have chairs and floats and all the beach gear available. Between that, the private pool, and the panoramic view of the ocean, we were in Heaven!

This home was everything we needed it to be. Perfect views of the ocean. It was a great place to come back to after our long days at the beach. We were able to cook and BBQ dinner a few nights in with the grill. AC in the bedrooms for comfort. Games to play and books to read! I would definitely return…

Stunning Ocean View Private Sanctuary

If you think the pictures are stunning wait until you walk in the front door. The ever changing colors of the ocean are seen from every window. My adult daughters and I loved our stay. We would read on the deck, swim in the gorgeous pool at the end of a beach day, eat dinner in the cabana, and lay in the hammock nestled in the beautifully maintained grounds. You are just a few minutes from Grace Bay Beach, excellent restaurants and the market. The decor and cleanliness of the property are top notch with very comfortable beds!! The split AC units in each bedroom are fabulous, allowing everyone to sleep at their own temperature. Julie and her crew are wonderful. She was there any time of the day with questions and suggestions.. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would.

Amazing week!

Highly recommend this property - great location, clean and met all of our needs. Julie was wonderful, too. The beaches were gorgeous and we enjoyed some nearby restaurants. I would definitely book this house again!

Perfect Relaxation

This home has everything we wanted in a vacation home. Breathtaking views from the extensive wraparound porch and nonstop windows and doors, private pool, AC in bedrooms, solitude due to location, proximity to a great grocery store, wonderful restaurants-Baci and Mango Reef-,close to airport, easy beach access, spacious kitchen and responsive owner. Our two weeks in Turks and Caicos was fantastically restful thanks to Beso Del Mar and Julie. Joseph is extremely helpful.

Fantastic place!

We had such a wonderful time at Beso Del Mar. Julie was INCREDIBLE - so responsive, available for any questions or recommendations. The best host we've ever experienced. The property itself is both gorgeous and comfortable. Lots of little touches made our stay even more pleasant - particularly the kitchen supplies and shower staples that always prove a bit of a hassle. Our family of six had a wonderful trip to Beso Del Mar!

An absolute paradise

Julie, Thank you for your hospitality and attention to all the details to your home to make your place an absolute dream in the middle of this paradise island. This was our first time in Turks & Caicos & definitely will not be our last. Beso Del Mar was the perfect place for our family. We love the location, the garden, the private pool & the stunning views. We couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay. Beso Del Mar provided endless enjoyment. It was truly a home away from our own home. We didn’t want to leave Julie’s place. We will definitely be back at Beso Del Mar. Thank you Julie for providing us with this absolute paradise. This was truly a memorable week for our family.

My Family spent a week at Beso del Mar in the beginning of August. We loved it! You couldn't ask for a better host. Julie was amazing. She's thought of everything you need while you're there. At the last minute some other family members were able to come and she was so accomodating with the use of the granny suite which was great. The kids loved the pool and there were plenty of beach chairs and even some snorkeling gear. Julie had some great suggestions for restaurants. Myla was so sweet, a pleasure to work with. We didnt see Joseph a lot but when we did he always had a smile on his face. I would definitely recommend Beso del Mar when you visit Turkes and Caicos. Thanks Julie!

So special

Our family of five stayed in Julie's villa for a week. We absolutely loved staying there. So many special details from the amazing garden walk to the beach, ocean breezes, outdoor shower, wonderful outdoor and indoor spaces with fabulous views. We also were so grateful for all the extra effort Julie put in throughout our stay making sure we found the location, helping us find activities and quickly answering any questions we had. She cares deeply about her guests and ensures they have the best possible experience. As some reviews mention, the roads to the villa were a little bumpy, but so were many of the roads in TCI. Also a few spaces in the villa can get warm midday, but most of the time they stays cool. Given how perfect our stay was, we didn't even give either of these things a second thought. We loved walking to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We were delighted by how incredible the snorkeling there was as well. We loved being away from the large crowds yet having wonderful choices for restaurants and activities nearby. We highly recommend Beso del Mar.

My husband and I stayed at the villa for our anniversary trip to TCI and really enjoyed it! The house was lovely and the view was gorgeous! The location was convenient but quiet and set apart from the usual resort crowds. We enjoyed the privacy. The pool was great. We loved the greenery and singing birds! Julie, Myla and Joseph were great! We would definitely recommend staying here and come back!!

Beautiful home with amazing views!

My husband and I and our teenage son and daughter just returned from a trip to Turks and Caicos. We absolutely loved our stay at the Beso Del Mar. This home is absolutely wonderful and has the most amazing views. The home is decorated beautifully and it was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The outdoor gardens are gorgeous and so well maintained. The house feels very private and secluded. We also felt very safe the entire stay. We hope to return to Turks and Caicos one day and we would definitely stay here again!!

Great property for families

The property was a nice beach style vacation home. It has all the amenities you would need on vacation to make you feel at home. Excellent communication and friendly staff at all levels. The master bed was very comfortable so we slept well and the bedroom is spacious. Room for a crib or pack and play.Air conditioning in units in each bedroom kept as cool and comfortable at night and were effective. They were very accommodating and provided a pack and play for us. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and the place is centrally located with easy access to the airport and several restaurants. It's got to beautiful views of the ocean and a nice garden and pool. Recommend an SUV for the road on the way in, as it's got some pot holes, but nothing too crazy. It's a nice place- would not describe it as luxurious you may expect given the price, as there are some elements that feel a bit dated- but it's a solid spot. Turks in general is very expensive so you have to level set expectations for what you get. Overall, Loved the location and place, amenities made it a must for our infant. Beach is the quietier area in comparison to about a 5-10 minute drive toward the Palms hotel where there are a lot of people everywhere and you can rent chairs, etc.

Beautiful Home!

Visited Turks and Caicos for family vacation with my husband and teenage sons. Home is beautiful and very clean. Julie and her team provided amazing hospitality and quick, easy communication. Short easy walk to the beach and so nice to enjoy the private pool in the late afternoon. Great restaurants close by as well. We had a great time!

Paradise in Provo

Beso del Mar is Heaven on earth. Julie, Myla and Joseph are top-notch and ensured our stay was one of complete relaxation with nothing to fuss about. The home is gorgeous and an absolute ten out of ten with beautiful grounds and breathtaking views. The walk to the beach was short and the walk down the path was so picturesque. (I may have taken more pics of the walkway than the beach itself, I was so taken with the uniqueness of it!) We wanted for nothing as far a kitchenware, linens, etc. The beds are super comfy. Boat excursion with Pravie was the icing on the cake. We are so glad Julie recommended him. If you make the right choice and rent this villa, do this, you will not be disappointed. Having our own pool was fantastic. If you want to vacation on your own terms and not be surrounded by others, this more than fits the bill. When in need of accommodating the four of us again, we will without a doubt return. There is no way you can go wrong renting this beautiful home. The Maleys - Delaware, Ohio

Beso Del Mar - Great Stay!

Property and our stay was great with our adult family. Porch view was great to see Grace Bay. Julie is first class and so responsive in coordinating the accommodations, answering questions, providing recommendations, and responsive to any issues! Location was great and close for beach access and short drive to Grace Bay, restaurants, and stores. Highly recommend the golf at Royal Turks Golf Club! Thanks Julie!

Amazing stay at Beso Del Mar !

Firstly, Julie and her team are so kind and truly want to make your stay as best it can be! The villa is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The pool area and the views it offers is amazing. The grounds are meticulously kept and a small garden area offers fresh herbs and peppers which we took advantage of! The villa is also in an excellent location, so close to the many attractions the island has to offer! We would definitely book Beso Del Mar again!

House with a great view and a short walk to the beach.

Gorgeous house that was very clean and airy. Beautiful well kept grounds and just a short walk to the beach. Pool was very nice and cabana was great to sit in and conversate.

Relaxing family break

Our family of four had a wonderfully relaxing week at Beso Del Mar. all communication with Julie was excellent and her recommendations for restaurants were great. We especially enjoyed the massages she arranged for us on the deck at the Villa. Thanks so much to Julie for her wonderful hospitality.
