The Palms #4 is in Holmes Beach is just a short walk to the beach, walk to the shops and grocery store and convenient to trolley stops. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath updated condo has a heated pool and everything you need, there are beach chairs, wagon, 2 bikes and plenty of other extras for your day at the beach. There is a King in the master a with TV and ensuite bath and Queen in the second bedroom with TV. Amenities also include Heated pool, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, DVD, High Speed Internet, AC, Gas Grill. This private four unit villa condo complex is just steps to the beach. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy living area in beautiful island décor. Sleeps up to 6 and your four legged family member!
This property offers a 10% discount for Veterans and first responders.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.
The Palms is a one week minimum rental.

Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property

One of our favorite things was if you have unopened items you can leave for the next people. We were welcomed with a fridge full of waters and tasty beverages. Bruce was excellent to work with and extremely responsive. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed everthing about this place, perfect for a family of 4-6, condo is decorated nicely, and literally has everything you need! The storage closet downstairs has tons of beach stuff! The beach access is a short walk away and once you get to the beach its no big deal if you forgot something because its such a short walk. We will definitely be staying again! Another plus is the owners are outstanding and the nicest people ever!

Great location

Loved being so close to the beach, Publix, drugstore, & the Creperie, and it was really nice to not be on a busier street like Gulf Ave. Equipment closet on first floor with wagon, nice new chairs etc. was very convenient & appreciated. Great to have pool towels provided too. Kitchen needs a deep clean, and there were no serving dishes but overall was well-equipped for a short stay. Disappointed that complex l pool was not cleaned/better maintained, but still enjoyed sitting on the pool deck. Overall property was pretty clean, but my daughter & I both have pet allergies & you could tell that the couch & LR furniture was not deep-cleaned after recent long-term stays by pet owners. Helpful to have W/D in unit but location in master bedroom closet was awkward & left little room to store suitcases, shoes etc.

Very quiet and private setting.....yet only 70 yards to the beach and you can also walk to Publix and some shops. Very clean and great management company. The unit has a great storage closet with bikes and goodies for the beach. This unit is also fully stocked with all the needs you could think of for the kitchen etc.

We were worried since we arrived on a holiday, however, someone was out and the issue was resolved within 1 hour. We can't wait to go back.
