No AC, it should be required in summertime or offer fans, which they said they didn’t have we had to buy our own at a Walmart 20 min away. WiFi went out when a tsunami threat was happening first night, found stains on sheets. View is beautiful but just know it is hot in the house. They do offer heat but if going in summer just know that. You do have drive at least 20 min for a store or food, most places close by 2 pm.

Peaceful retreat

The unit is large with kitchen updated appliances. When we were there the kitchen faucet sprayer broke but we managed & were able to fill the sink with water. The couch is comfy but the recliner is a bit iffy. Difficult getting in & out. There is a large dining table but for the two of us the bar was fine. The TV programming is crappy. We used streaming Netflix & Prime. There was a local portland channel for news. Lots of Fox channels. There is a TV in the primary. The unit is accessible & all on one level. The shower in the primary could use some grab bars for safety. I thought the towels were fine but there were very few wash clothes. The shower was a bit slippery. A huge closet for storage was nice with tables for suitcases & hanging clothes. There are 2 BR & bathrooms. We just used one. Also the unit has a nice laundry room. The balcony was one of the best features & we spent a lot of time watching whales & boats in the harbor. The unit is walkable to shops & restaurants but the driveway up & down to the unit is steep. We managed even though we both have canes. It was nice to be able to walk to the charters & viewing areas, restaurants & shops. We cooked most of our meals in the unit & brought our own supplies. The unit had some spices & kitchen utilities. E.i. paper towels oil S&P. kitchen utencils glasses & plates were fine. We went to lincoln city for grocery. But there was a small market just a cpl miles away. We would rent again we used the bar

Lovely Property

We had a great time here! The whole house was immaculate. I will say that it was difficult to find outlets that securely held plugs; most of them were far too loose and plugs would fall right out. As a mama to a young one with several kinds of monitors, sounds machines, etc. this took a little creativity. However, in the grand scheme, it was a minor problem. The view is amazing and so is the location!

Depoe Bay Stay

Good location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Had an issue checking in, but was resolved quickly. Internet info posted on fridge incorrect, but again resolved quickly. We’ve stayed in this condo before and will again. Great coffee shop below and good cocktails and entertainment down the street at the Sea Hag.

Great location, deteriorating amenities

We've stayed at this property a number of times. The location is superb. We love Depoe Bay. However, over the years, small things seem to be deteriorating. For example, a toaster that didn't work. Threadbare towels as opposed to the thick, new ones years ago. Electrical outlets that simply were too big for plugs, so I would guess about a third to a half of the outlets in the property just didn't work. And the separate electrical heaters are very difficult to manage so that the heat is a constant temperature or the temperature you want. The property managers are friendly and responsive. It's still a beautiful property.

Fantastic rental

Location is amazing! We were watching whales from the deck within the first 30 mins of arriving. The unit is clean, spacious and everything was as described in the listing. The check in / out process was easy. Will definitely rent again, and we recommend the unit to anyone staying in the area.

Mostly good

We were mostly happy with the property - great location, older home needs updating but kept very clean. a bit pricey especially since we had to do maid responsibilities at checkout even though we paid large fees to rent. Could not get communication with the owner/manager though. No response when I contacted them which is frustrating.
