I'm very sorry about the strong odor you noticed downstairs; we take air-quality and guest health concerns seriously. Our team will arrange a professional inspection and any necessary remediation. They did inspect for mold already and did not locate any. All the same, they plan to deep clean the bathrooms anyway in case any spore was missed. We will review the photos from the hot tub clean before your arrival and correct anything we found lacking in the technician's report. To be safe, we have also completed a deep clean on the tub since your stay to ensure it's in great shape. Our maintenance team was able to resolve all of the TV/cable issues and they are now working as they should. The housekeeping team will inspect the upstairs shower. If it is mold staining, instead of active mold, we'll have the maintenance team schedule a painting of that area with Kilz. Should they find active mold, they will first kill it before applying Kilz. They did inspect for a smell in the downstairs area several times after your stay and have not yet detected one. They will continue to keep a close eye on this. We will have our maintenance team do a full inspection for any furniture with damaged pieces and plan to repair or replace them as necessary.
