Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a rooftop outdoor pool, and free parking onsite. The accommodation features two rooms and three bathrooms. Rooms are with King/Queen Size Bed, Wardrobe, SMART TV, Electric kettle, Iron, and minifridge. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, hairdryer, and shower facilities. Hot water and washer also available.
Secluded and private, an extra room is available upon request, making it ideal for families, business travelers, and tourists alike. The house is adorned with antique pieces from Galle and Indian Rajasthan, some dating back centuries.

My house emphasizes integration with nature, climate responsive design, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces in tropical climates.
April is generally the hottest month of the year temperatures consistently over 30*C. Villa has air conditioned rooms and a roof top private pool and free wifi.

Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte, commonly referred to as Kotte, is the governmental capital of Sri Lanka, situated approximately 10 kilometers from Colombo, the country's economic capital. Designated as the administrative capital in 1982, Kotte has a rich historical background as the former site of the Kingdom of Kotte, which flourished between the 14th and 15th centuries. The city is characterized by a semi-tropical climate, lush vegetation, and a network of lakes, rivers, and marshes, providing a unique urban landscape.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Its a perfect blend of nature and modern design. Over 4000 square feet of luxury. To make things more interesting I have added some of the worlds most expensive antique furniture for guest use. My favourite space in the house is the office space, with a giant 200 year old Ceylonese specimen table and ebony wood grandfather chairs . There are many antiques which was shipped from Haveli India from the old mansions which was there 400 years ago. It’s a journey in time when you book this place.
