Adjacent to the living room, you`ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. The dining table offers ample space for enjoying meals together as a family or group of friends.

As you retreat to the bedrooms, you`ll find a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, with direct access to the balcony for added convenience. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, providing plenty of space for everyone to rest and recharge.

Freshen up in the ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, vanity, and toilet, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Additionally, before your arrival, we`ll be delighted to share a house guide. It contains helpful instructions on accessing the property, utilizing various amenities, and any other details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you`ll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night`s stay and may be evicted without refund.

Keys must be returned to NewsXpress no later than 10:30 am on the day of check-out. A photo of all keys placed inside NewsXpress must be provided. If the required photo is not provided / Confirmation of the key returned, a $50 fee will apply. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
