Come and visit Beary Cozy, nestled away in the trees in the Red River Gorge, Kentucky! Not only does this cabin offer a prime location, near Red River Gorge and endless outdoor activities, but it also offers the perfect spot to kick back, relax and enjoy the serene mountain life. This bear-themed cabin is bound to meet all your vacation needs and more! Featuring a covered patio with a hot tub, outdoor seating and so much more, this cabin ensures a memorable getaway for your lucky party of 4.

- Beary Cozy is pet friendly however pet fee of $100 does not show in total balance. We have a $100 pet fee that covers up to 2 dogs. Please contact directly after booking to add this $100 fee.
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, both standard and Keurig coffee maker), private hot tub, Roku Smart TV, WiFi (HotSpot Only - 150GB) gas fireplace, charcoal pedestal grill, expansive deck, Washer/Dryer and more!
- Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Air Mattress

- We provide fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 shampoos and conditioners, 3 bar soaps, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.) Charcoal and firewood not provided. Please purchase firewood locally.
- Please Note: 4WD is highly recommended. Cabin is located up a steep hill. Limited parking. Vehicles exceeding 2 please park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Trailers prohibited.
- Wooded Red River Gorge location - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more

- Dogs permitted with $100 fee. (Dogs only; maximum 2 allowed. Dogs need to be crated if left at the property alone.) Pet fee does not automatically add to your balance, please contact us to apply after booking.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Very cozy and beautifully laid out, could use more blankets and No hot water in the shower, but the fire place, porch and amenities were very nice. Couches were wonderful

The cabin was satisfactory but needs some TLC. The hot tub was functional but isnt safe to get in. The water had a moldy mildew smell. The bed in the loft is uneven and it doesnt fit on the bed frame correctly. We had to prop it up. There was an issue with the wifi connection with the main TV and had to wait 2 days to get it working. Will not be staying again.

Place was clean and tidy. Nice and quiet. Close to Daniel Boon National Forest where we hiked with my dog. The people at the bottom of the mountain were friendly and the donut shop was amazing! We loved our stay and look forward to booking and staying again in the near future! Thank you for the hospitality toward us and our pet!

Host communitcation was great. The cabin was comfortable and functional. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. The memory foam topper helps but there's still a major dip in the center and it sleeps hot.

Very clean and well kept rooms. Cabin was awesome and Host was great. We chose 4 stars because of some confusion on check in. On text we had a different code to get in than we did on email. We figured it out and got in.

Wasnt quite what we were looking for in regards to a peaceful relaxing getaway. The cabin smelled strongly of pee and there were cockroaches in every room. The smoke alarm went off everytime we even preheated the oven or cooked anything at all and there was road construction and chainsaws running at 8/9 pm. The couch and bed were not comfortable and we slept aweful every night. We coukdnt store any of our stuff all week because the drawers were already full of stuff. Wont be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Beary Cozy. Only complaint would be that the shower Hot and Cold knob directions are opposite what the shower says, but we called the phone number and they were very nice and explained that was the situation. Overall, the place was clean, with the perfect amount of space, and the location was ideal, being close to many of the activities we wanted to do. We had a great time!

The cabin was beautiful, very rustic very woody exactly what I love. It could’ve been a little better supplied, but we did have what we needed, and I would definitely book this place again if we came back to this beautiful part of Kentucky.

The driveway is paved single lane with a steep incline with no room to turn around. You have the choice of pulling in and backing down a 400 foot driveway or backing all the way in for convenience. On our initial walk around inside the cabin, it was clean and nicely appointed. Our first drawback was that we found no towels in the bathroom, which is on the main floor. Also we found it a little strange that there was no blankets or pillowcases for the bed. After a brief search, we found all of the towels, washcloths and towels located in the dryer. Management was contacted and additional sheets and bedding was deposited in our cabin while we were out for dinner. We thought that housekeeping you should’ve caught the lack of complete bedding and not just leave everything in the dryer. Or that the cottage maintenance would’ve seen the toilet paper dispenser, almost detached from the wall. It would’ve been nice of any kind of instruction how to operate a Roku television. All in all nothing was a major dealbreaker, but just numerous inconsistencies that could’ve been easily addressed before the cabin being occupied. We enjoy the area and look forward to returning again in the future.

It was the perfect size for the two of us! The drive to any number of trails, Natural Bridge, and other area attractions weren’t too far from the cabin and it was nice to come back to after a day out.The bedding was really soft and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and did its job. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in one night. The back and side porches were great and there was even a little are to have a fire. Driveway is steep, but it wasn’t an issue for me.I couldn’t get over how solid the stairs were. Such an odd thing to mention, but I had to include it.I kind of wish the L shaped sectional was the one facing the tv, but that’s just me. We considered moving it, but since it’s a sleeper it’s really heavy. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the doors not having blinds or some kind of covering like curtains. It would have been nice to be able to have them covered at night. This last one might be more of a creature comfort for us, but an oscillating floor fan would be nice in the bedroom (for hot sleepers such as myself). One more thing that would be nice is some kind of night light for the stairs. The downstairs lamps were almost too bright (but we left one on anyway) and the lights above the stairs were way too bright to leave them on at night.Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we head that way. It’s the perfect size for two people and isn’t too terribly expensive.

Had such a pleasant stay. Was out at the Gorge for a nice recharge in nature with a friend. We loved the peacefulness. The hot tub & fire pit were a huge plus!

We did without hot water for two days,I called them they were right there.They need a rail up the stairs on the left side,I'm 70 was alittle hard going up the stairs other than that it was a good quite vacation. Love the hot tub too !!!!!
