Master Suite: King-sized bed, Roku TV, private balcony access, and an en-suite bath with an oversized tub/shower and additional vanity space.

Second Bedroom: Twin-sized bed and full-sized bed, Roku TV, sunny windows, and easy access to a spacious full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Additional Sleeping: Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes are included in your rental rate. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay $45.00 per pass and request all passes through host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes.

Getting Around:

The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes/Leamington's Barrington Court. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV's, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight.



Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
