Perfect size and location for the 4 of us. Beach easy walk even for the 2 year old! Pool is large and was not overly crowded

Great spot close to the beach, quiet area, nice pool area, shuttle bus stop nearby. Communication with Julio was prompt and easy. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Florida! We booked this condo and the studio next to it. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach and great dining options. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, easy access to the beach and pools, the owners were very communicative and friendly. The only this is the air filters need to be changed for better air quality. Other than that we would book again! Thank you for a great time.

Close to the Pool, Beach and Beach House Restaurant!

Our condo was clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and we could see the pool, the beach and a very nice skyline from there. The pool and grounds were well maintained with plenty of choices to lounge around the pool. It was a short walk to the beach with easy access to chairs and umbrellas for rent. We enjoyed delicious meals at The Beach restaurant that was just a couple blocks from the condo. Overall a good stay.

We love the resort. This was our second year back. However, this specific condo was Not the best. This was at the end of the hall where there was another room, almost conjoined to it that you could hear everything through the walls. It was nice that it had one and a half bathrooms however, the only entrance to the shower was through the main bedroom, which was not the most convenient. The door to the bathroom didn’t open all of the way because the nightstand in the bed or blocking the door. There were no beach chairs to take down and I didn’t know we needed to pack towels until the last minute when we got the welcome text. There was a warning about not being able to use the balcony so that was expected however, we did open the balcony door at one point just to take a look and the balcony door did not even lock. Our contacts were super helpful and answer immediately with any questions and they even let us get in early. This place was nice and clean which is the most important for us it was just smaller than what we were used to

Good stay! While at the condo, we all had plenty of time spent out on the balcony, for fresh air and to just be outside the condo, when we had our down time at the unit. The beach wasn't a far walk and we enjoyed both time on the beach and at the pool.. I will say, beach chair and umbrella rental are ridiculously high, but that's no fault of the condo. The beach area was clean and the bar/restaurant (on the beach), nearest to the condo, had live music, great food, and service with a smile. We wanted to go back to the restaurant, our last night there, to have drinks to celebrate the engagement of my daughter and her fiancé, but we got there just after they closed. All in all, the condo worked out for five of us. We made a bed out of the sofa cushions for the fifth person. Lol If you're going to be going with that many, and going to be there that long, I'd encourage you to take an extra roll of toilet paper.

Disappointing but we made it work

The facility itself is beautiful. The condo was as advertised. It was doable with a family of four, but honestly tight for space. I was disappointed that there were only four bath towels and four pillows provided for four guests, one hand towel for two bathrooms and one dish towel. I had to wash towels twice during our one week stay because they were just in very low supply. There was minimal silverware and no pot holders to remove food from the oven. The bed was fine for a night or two, after that my husband and I both found it very uncomfortable. The balcony needs to be pressure washed as there is mildew everywhere and it can be viewed in the listing pictures. I found very bare necessities provided for guests which really is kind of a let down. The pool cleanliness however was the biggest disappointment of all during this stay. The pool is absolutely beautiful when clean. I had to make three complaints during our stay regarding the pool needing to be cleaned. I realize this is not the owners fault and does fall on the HOA however this was our vacation and not something we wanted to deal with. We saw very minimal maintenance/cleaning staff on the premises during our stay. It really could be so much better. I urge the owners to accommodate their guests a little better and to follow up with other guests regarding the cleanliness of the pool so this doesn’t happen again.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We're truly sorry to hear that you didn't have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide. As with any guest concerns, we would have been happy to address them right away. We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home for guests. but we sincerely apologize if certain areas were overlooked. We also recognized that the cleaning was not meeting our expectations and we switched to a new cleaning company with better laundry service so that future guests will not share the same experience. -We do provide towels to accommodate the house occupancy and if you need a replacement set, we would have been more than happy to resolve this issue during your stay had you reached out. We will purchase additional towels to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded. -Thank you again for your input in regard to the balcony as it tells us what we need to improve upon to provide a positive stay for all our guests. The balcony has been pressure washed and updated with new furniture. -The HOA management strives to keep the area maintained to ensure a clean, comfortable, and great environment. Unfortunately, it was bad weather and windy during the time of your stay. We're sorry for the inconvenience of the pool. Nevertheless, the building manager was notified and the pool is cleaned twice daily. -With regards to the silverware, we purchased some new ones to accommodate our future guests. Thanks for letting us know about your stay as they will help us resolve any issues for our next guests.

Beautiful views

The views from the condo deck was so beautiful. We had our morning coffee on the deck and watched the sunrise. In the evening we would take the sky elevator to the roof and watch the sunset. The unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed to prepare breakfast. We ate out for all other meals. Lose enough to Grand Ave where we were able to ride rented bicycles for shopping and dining. We did have one issue and that was supplies for the bathrooms. A call to the property manager was quick and remedied.

This is just exactly what we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. We could see a beautiful sunset from the patio. The pool was fun, and we all were safe being in this place.
