Hi Jody, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We're truly sorry to hear that you didn't have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide. As with any guest concerns, we would have been happy to address them right away. We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home for guests. but we sincerely apologize if certain areas were overlooked. We also recognized that the cleaning was not meeting our expectations and we switched to a new cleaning company with better laundry service so that future guests will not share the same experience. -We do provide towels to accommodate the house occupancy and if you need a replacement set, we would have been more than happy to resolve this issue during your stay had you reached out. We will purchase additional towels to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded. -Thank you again for your input in regard to the balcony as it tells us what we need to improve upon to provide a positive stay for all our guests. The balcony has been pressure washed and updated with new furniture. -The HOA management strives to keep the area maintained to ensure a clean, comfortable, and great environment. Unfortunately, it was bad weather and windy during the time of your stay. We're sorry for the inconvenience of the pool. Nevertheless, the building manager was notified and the pool is cleaned twice daily. -With regards to the silverware, we purchased some new ones to accommodate our future guests.
