Near Churchill Downs: Pet Friendly, Fenced Yard!

We're glad the location worked out well for both Kentucky Kingdom and Churchill Downs, and that you enjoyed the backyard with the old tree and found the home clean and comfortable overall. Thank you for pointing out the caulk around the tubs and the loose light fixtures, those have since been repaired and re-coated, and the fixtures were tightened right away. We appreciate the recommendation and are always working to keep the little details up to date for future guests.

We've had some problems with a cleaning partner, and when we transitioned to a new cleaner, they were unable to come before you checked in due to a family emergency. We understand that you were tired and decided to check into a hotel. We gave you a complimentary 2-night stay with a gift basket and covered the hotel stay. While you were at the hotel, the new cleaner and maintenance came by and fixed everything. We're glad there were no issues reported after they took care of you. We will make sure this does not happen again.

If we’d been alerted during your stay, we would have been happy to assist in real-time.– We recently updated the WiFi password and have revised our pre-stay information to ensure future guests receive the correct details.– The bidets are available as an optional amenity and don’t have to be used.
