The epitome of beach casual and barefoot lifestyle is a tranquil, direct beachfront home on Nantucket Sound to cherish your summer memories for years to come from spectacular sunrises to sunsets. This property offers 2 homes rented together and steps away. The quintessential beach house is a single-story home comprising of 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, living room with a TV, sunroom for relaxing and enjoying the view, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Ping pong table for fun! The original guest cottage overlooking the beach and ocean was totally redone. The sun filled open living space consists of the kitchen, living room with views and TV. Two bedrooms and full bath on the first level as well as laundry. Dramatic second floor en-suite master with a private deck overlooking the ocean. This home has split unit air unit in both homes for AC. The private beach is large enough for everyone and just for you. Dogs welcome. HOME amenities outdoor shower, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, 2 coffee makers, all linens included starter supply of items for stay. Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property. *** All applicable taxes and fees apply. OFF season 3-day min offered.

This was the nicest location we have ever stayed in on the Cape. Right on the beach, with a beautiful view and short steps to our own private beach. House was in very good shape, well stocked, clean. And Michelle was incredibly responsive to our needs.

The houses are beautiful, well equipped and the location can't be beat. We worked with Michelle Sylvia to rent the house and she was terrific! We found her and her team very easy to deal with and highly responsive. Since it wasn't in any of the pictures, we were surprised to find the property we rented was very close to the house next door and there was no fence or privacy screen between the properties. Other than that it was a picture perfect vacation at a dream location in a dream house! Thanks Michelle and team!
