You have found the perfect vacation getaway to relax and unwind right from your huge private balcony overlooking the bay! You can access this balcony from both the spacious living area and bright master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a spectacular view of the Assawoman Bay sunsets as well as a beautifully renovated full bath with tile shower. The other bedrooms share the 2nd totally new full tub & shower bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen is sure to please even the most serious cooks while enjoying your stay and eating in. The kitchen and living room both share the open water views. The living room is spacious and comfortable for entertaining with a flat screen TV and large sliding doors to your private balcony. English Towers building offers an indoor heated pool and fitness room.

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

Wonderful

Third family trip to OC. The condo was amazing! Check in at the Coastal Resorts office was quick and easy. Upon arriving to the building, getting our parking passes was quick and the manager was super nice. The condo itself was so clean and beautiful! Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the view of the Bay was beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice condo, more information about the condo would of been helpful.

So there are some things to know that would help before renting. This rental really comes with the bare minimum. Half a roll of paper towels and toilet paper. There is not even a salt and pepper shaker. If you want to cook, you will need everything. The lock on the front door is awkward to lock. Lock from the inside by turning it horizontal then close the door. Test door before leaving. There are stains all over the white couch that seem to have been there for a while. We needed to call maintenance to fix the closet doors, screen door, and broken chair immediately when we got there. They fixed them very quickly.The pool and access to the beach was great. The condo is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. It looks like this place could use some more love and care for how much they charge.

Nice place, nice location.

We stayed at this unit for four nights and overall had a great experience. I start with the positives: -Clean unit -Nice view of the bay -ocean front building with a very nice beach that was not crowded at all. -Building has pool and there is no shortage of parking -nice kitchen appliances and very nice washer and dryer The only negative was the additional costs for linens and towels, wifi and parking. I personally prefer if those expenses are added to the rent total right off the bat, so I know what my total cost is. The extra cost for wifi was specially unexpected and annoying.

Beautiful Condo

The unit was beautiful and very clean. I loved the large private balcony even though it was a Bay View rather than Ocean View. Having to pay for parking and for wifi was disappointing. I also didn't like that streaming was the only option for TV.
