Kirra Gardens 5 is a spacious one-bedroom apartment in an ideal location, overlooking famous Kirra Point!

The apartment is located on the podium level and features a huge terrace balcony, equipped with comfortable furnishings.

This is the ideal place to watch the surfers enjoying a world famous point break, enjoy the Cooly Rocks parade, or marvel in the spectacular Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets!

The air-conditioned living room is bright and airy with stylish furnishings and offers smart Tv with unlimited Wi-Fi.

There is a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the ocean, and complete with everything you need on holidays.

The unit offers one bedroom with queen bed and built in wardrobe. There is a full sized bathroom with large walk in shower, plus separate toilet.

There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

Kirra Gardens is a well maintained and secure building with lift access, and one secure carpark for guests to use.

*This property is a non smoking building and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises please.

Keys
Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Not long enough

Very comfortable clean great kitchen. Restaurant Hotels, Surf,Club and coffee shops short walk away how needs a car just walk or ride everywhere.

Great location, byo sheets and towels

Unit is in a fantastic location and you can walk to anything you need. Beach is right across the road, and some good restaurants nearby. Unit is functional but comfortable. Weird that you need to take your own sheets, towels and tea towels.
