Hermosa, espaciosa y alegre casa de 5 dormitorios, 4 ½ baños con 3 niveles cómodos de espacio habitable. Ubicado en un hermoso barrio por excelencia de Nantucket con aceras de ladrillo y cercas de estacas. Incluye privilegios para pistas de tenis privadas, casa club, piscinas y área de juegos infantiles. La casa tiene un plano de planta abierto con amplios asientos en la sala de estar, área de comedor y una gran cocina con isla central. El primer piso también tiene un comedor separado y una sala / sala de televisión privada con libros, juguetes, juegos y DVD, así como un sistema de videojuego Wii. Las puertas traseras se abren a un patio privado con cómodos asientos, parrilla de barbacoa y un gran patio trasero bien mantenido con cobertizo lleno de juegos de jardín y accesorios de playa. El segundo piso tiene 4 habitaciones: 2 master suites king con baños renovados, 1 habitación con dos gemelas y 1 habitación con dos camas individuales y literas, y un baño renovado independiente. Nuevo 3er piso tiene rey suite principal y baño completo. Ropa de cama y baño de felpa se proporcionan. ¡Esta casa es ideal para una o dos familias! 2 millas a las playas, 2 millas a la ciudad, fácil acceso a la isla de autobuses y senderos para bicicletas.

Amazing stay at Jeremy's beautiful home!!! 10/10! The house was perfect for our large family. It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we could need. The Naushop pool, playground and tennis court access was an added bonus. Jeremy was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We are looking forward to renting this house again in the future!

Awesome All Around

Plenty of space for my family of 7. All beds were very comfortable. Everyone had privacy given the separate bathrooms. We took advantage of the community pool, tennis and pickle ball-all great! Easy access to bike paths; we biked to town, Sconset and Madaket. Can walk or bike to tasty coffee shops and bakery—no long lines at these places. Communication with host is terrific; Jeremy is kind, reasonable and supportive. Would rent again without hesitation.

We enjoyed Jeremy’s lovely, comfortable and spotless vacation home. My family was very happy with our visit to Nantucket. Plenty of bedrooms for all, plenty of beach accessories for both adults and kids. The kitchen was well stocked, beautiful deck and yard and lovely area. We truly enjoyed our visit!

Lovely home to entertain

We were a couple with 8 people in total; 4 17-18yr old girls and my 80yr old parents. House was great for entertaining with its open concept kitchen/dining/family room and outside deck with big grill. Neighborhood was so lovely, clubhouse pool with updated facilities. House had all that we needed & more! Dyson blow dryers in every bathroom. We never had an issue. Jeremy was very responsive and accommodating with my requests. We were able to store our luggage since we arrived hours before checkin.

Fantastic experience

The perfect family stay! We brought my father in law here for his 70th bday and had the best time. Pictures on line do not do the property justice. House was beautiful and completely stocked with everything you need and want. The neighborhood was fantastic and meticulously kept Jeremy was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay!

6th summer in a row renting this house

This was our 6th summer in a row renting this house - we absolutely love it. The layout of the house — with three rooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms plus two rooms with twins that share a hall bath - makes it very comfortable for two families with kids. The private deck and manicured back yard are glorious for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening while watching the kids toss a ball in the back yard. The house itself is lovely, and it’s located in a super pretty neighborhood that’s well situated to easily get anywhere on the island. The house is very well maintained and stocked with supplies, and the owner couldn’t be nicer or easier to work with. Our stay is always the highlight of our summer, and we look forward to it all year!

Great multi generational family home

Beautiful home which easily accommodated our 3 generation family. It was clean, well supplied with amenities, shed with all beach needs. The outdoor clubhouse was great! We had an awesome vacation.

Can’t imagine a better place to stay on Nantucket

I’m starting to lose track, but I think this was our 5th consecutive summer renting this home. We love the house and the owner and can’t imagine a nicer place to stay on Nantucket. Everything about the house is thoughtful, from it’s location central to everything, to it’s mix of bedrooms with king and twin beds, many bathrooms, gorgeous deck and private backyard, and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, family room, and front room. We hope a stay at this home will be part of our family summers for years to come.

Beautiful Home Perfect Location!

This home has plenty of beds for two families and is updated and clean. The bed linens are super soft. The kitchen and family room are open for everyone to gather when your not at the beach! Close to town and beaches.

Wonderful vacation home!

This is the 3rd summer that our extended family has stayed at this wonderful home while on Nantucket! The house is beautiful, wonderful amenities, extremely clean and well kept. The owner is great to work with as well! Naushop offers a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball - great for families. We are thankful that we found it!

Ack-cellent Nantucket getaway

Perfect spot for a family getaway. Amazing spot for three families, 9, people to spend a week. We loved the large back deck for coming dinner on the grill and hanging out reading with our coffee in the morning. Centrally located so it’s easy to get anywhere on the island. Loved that 3 Ways ice cream shop is in walking distance. We just can’t say enough about how great our stay was at this house.

Great Property, Responsive Owner

Our stay at this property was great. We traveled with our 3 kids, and there was plenty of room, fun toys and books, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beach toys and chairs were great, the shed had enough room to store the bikes we rented, and the linens were nice. The owner, Jeremy, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a great stay, highly recommend!

Perfect location and house

We had a great two weeks in Nantucket. The house in Naushop was perfect, it provided plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Our boys loved riding their bikes around the cul-de-sac and neighborhood. The neighborhood pool was super convenient and a major hit every afternoon. The backyard is huge and the Weber propane grill is top-of-the-line. Jeremy was super responsive to every question and request we had, highly recommend this house!

Great stay in Naushop

We had a wonderful experience with this property! The home was well acquainted clean, spacious, and worked very well for kids and adults. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with and very easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was great for kids as it had a quiet pool and playground and was a convenient location to all points of the island. We will certainly hope to rent again!

Perfect for two families

This home is clean, spacious and has a great location. Perfect for two families. After a long day enjoying the many beaches on Nantucket you get to come home to the best out door shower and the most comfortable bed linens to tuck you in so you can do it all over again the next day! We would renr this home again.

Perfect vacation home!

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this property and we love it! The house is beautiful, lots of space, extremely clean and well appointed. New gorgeous deck, beach toys and amenities, grill, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts were also a big hit with the family! Owner is wonderful!

Perfect Nantucket Vacation

We loved this house. It was charming and spacious. The backyard was a wonderful oasis. We used the gas grill most evenings to make delicious dinners. All of the towels and linens were great shape. We loved the playroom, even for our teens who wanted an escape from their parents. We would definitely go back again.

Lovely, well appointed house in great location - this was our third stay!

This was our third time staying here and we can’t say enough nice things about this property or the owner. The house itself is lovely, well set up, and very thoughtfully appointed. There are plenty of bath towels, bed pillows, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap, beach towels and chairs, etc. ). The garden and back deck are the perfect place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine or in the morning with a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is incredibly charming and immaculately manicured, so evening strolls are an absolute pleasure. And it’s all located an easy bike ride to town and close to the Safeway, Downeyflake, and Island Kitchen. Sconset, Surfside, Nobadeer, and other sites are all an easy drive as well. Plus, Jeremy, the owner, is incredibly responsive and accommodating. This is the standard by which we now measure all other VRBOs!
