What more could you ask for than this brand new, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the heart of Beach Haven. This home is the bayside of a duplex with water all around. There is a large great room with living room, kitchen and dining room for all to gather together. This top level also has a den that has a pull out sofa and is separated from the main living area for privacy and quite. This upper level has a front and a rear deck to get the best views of the boats and activity on the bay, not to mention the amazing sunsets. The lower level consists of the 4 bedrooms, one a master with it’s own bathroom. The amenities are endless, but specifically there is a large roof top deck, outside shower, parking for 4 cars and an elevator from the garage to the second floor. Restaurants are all around as well as the fun that Beach Haven has to offer. What a beautiful place to relax and get away... with some of the finest restaurants on the island.

*garage door must be closed when not in use to keep the AC running efficiently.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guest must agree/complete a Rental Agreement with 48 hours of reservation being made.
