SUMMARY
Located on the historic East side, the stunning East facing view of Picacho Peak from the living room gives the home its name, and offers an incredible sense of immersion in Santa Fe's unique landscape. The combination of luxury furnishings in an authentic adobe home offers the perfect blend of comfort, tradition, and sophisticated style. The home was originally built by famed artist Margaret LeFranc in the 1950âs, and offers true old Santa Fe character and charm.
LIVING AREA
The living room is steeped with ambiance, and is complete with a decorative kiva fireplace (not operable for wood burning) and a vintage cast iron wood-burning fireplace. The windows offer a fantastic view of Santa Feâs foothills and our famous sunrises. The ownerâs bold art collection offers more than enough eye candy for this already gorgeous space.
The private office space offers a comforting workspace for those that travel with work.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and easy access to the living and dining areas for a convenient cooking experience. The dining room offers incredible views to complement your meals along with access to an outdoor patio.
BED AND BATH
The bedrooms have King and Queen beds respectively. Both offer distinctive aesthetics and decorative Kiva fireplaces. There is a shared bathroom just outside of both bedrooms that has been gorgeously re-tiled, and an additional bathroom is available off of the dining room.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The back porch and yard feature comfortable furniture and an outdoor grill so that you can spend even more time admiring Santa Feâs world famous mountains.

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.
