Situated in a ideally located complex, you are just a few steps from sandy white beaches and a short walk or drive from the area's best restaurants! Spend your days constructing sandcastles or having fun-filled days at the area's top attractions.

Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet on your private balcony! The open concept floor plan is welcoming, inviting you to make yourself comfortable. This family friendly condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Outfitted with beautiful new furniture, the living room welcomes you to kick back and unwind.

When you are ready to retire after a long day of adventure, the main bedroom features a king bed. Connected, the main bath is equipped with a large tiled shower. The guest bedroom features one queen bed and has access to the second bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo.

Nice condo in an excellent location
We stayed here two weeks and really enjoyed the location and proximity to all the area has to offer. The facility is in good shape and the staff is excellent. The condo itself was really nice and modern. There are few housekeeping items that need to be addressed. The master bathroom toilet leaks profusely and runs constantly. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and needs to be addressed. Cleanliness on the floors is pretty bad. We had to wear shoes or our socks and feet would be filthy. Under the beds is a good 3 inches of dust. Overall a nice spot and would consider going back again. A little attention to detail and this is a gem.

The stay was awesome & the condo was Great. We only had a few issues. One was, when we arrived, the floor wasn't real clean. It should have been mopped because if you walked on it, your feet would be black after a while. Other was, the electric had a short in the master bedroom & light over dining area. The breaker had tripped, but I found where breaker box was & flipped it back on a day later. I let Resort Rentals know. We loved the balcony also.

Accurately described. A few minor maintenance issues which were promptly addressed. Being on the main street, lots of traffic noise when you are on the balcony.
