When the beach calls you, this home is the answer. With five bedrooms -- plus a bunk room 'hangout' for the kids -- this beach house is a great for gathering.
It is steps from the beach, as well as all the fun and fine dining along our area's iconic beach road, 30A. A recent renovation of the back and side yards maximize the outdoor space. The open floor plan draws friends and family together to enjoy good times. Plentiful private bedrooms guarantee down-time, as well.
This home currently provides streaming services only with Smart TV's and Roku's.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
No pets allowed.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
