Terrific place

The house is large and roomy for 8 adults. Pool, outdoor patio, and gas fire pit are excellent. Neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

Great neighborhood!

We loved the pool and the walking trails around the lakes. We spent a good amount of time at the parks and in the pool. Would stay again!

Quiet neighborhood

Our family loved the heated pool and proximity to the park. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with great walking paths both around the lakes and in the hills. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and very well stocked with everything you need in a home.

Great house and quiet location

The house was excellent with very comfortable beds and living arrangements. We had everything we needed for a week long stay. The pool was perfect and clean and we used it every day. Highly recommend this house for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

Wife and I stayed for around a week and this property is the perfect mix of classy but yet relaxing. Very open family room with TV and fun sectional. The back yard space was very inviting too. Our communications with Mike and Kerry were always answered promptly with no issues. This is a great place to stay!

Relaxing accommodations in beautiful surroundings!

The property was amazing and perfect for our family of 6. It was spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The heated pool was nice in the afternoon and the fire pit was great in the cooler evenings. It was a perfect location to catch a couple Red’s spring training games as well as day trips to Sedona and Camelback mountain. Highly recommend!

Lovely Property

This property was the perfect weekend stay. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Lots of beds and rooms for everyone. Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed to entertain our family. When we had questions, the owner was helpful and responsive.

Second visit

We stayed here last year and were impressed enough to stay again this year. Check in process was very smooth. Very uneventful stay, which is exactly what we wanted. Had one very minor issue and we were amazed at how quickly it was resolved.

New Years Stay

Got together with friends and family from out of town and needed a place where we could all sleep. The house is beautiful, clean, decorated nicely, and communication with the host is amazing. The heated pool is actually heated to a warm 90 degrees and we utilized the fire pit in the back. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Goodyear

The property was very spacious, clean and everything was as shown in the photos. The heated pool was great, as was the firepit, and outdoor furniture. Everything was top notch-I highly recommend. The only complaint was the weather, which wasn't as warm and sunny as we hoped ...

Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this home for a long weekend, and would highly recommend it. Newer development/safe neighborhood. The home was immaculate inside and out and fully furnished. Heated pool with waterfall was great. Location is superb - off the beaten path but close to all amenities. Next time we’re in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property and staff

The home looked as good as the photos which is rare! The owner and booking staff where super friendly and helpful, zero issues the week was amazing! The community and home where very clean and safe. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and relaxing environment to get away. We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip.
