- Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
- Because the pool is not fenced, this property may not be suitable for young children; adult supervision is required. All the exterior doors leading to the pool area do have high door handles (4ft. off the ground) for some security while children are inside the home.
