3 chambres 2 salles de bain maison plus den avec canapé-lit, 2000 pieds carrés, de plain-pied avec garage double. Situé sur un lac sur le parcours de golf Estrella Mountain Ranch. Incroyable lac, terrain de golf et vue sur la montagne Estrella. ComplÚtement et magnifiquement meublé et équipé. Télévision par cùble et internet. Piscine privée et cour arriÚre.

Dix minutes pour faire du baseball au club Goodyear Ball. Vingt minutes de course Nascar au Phoenix International Raceway. Trente minutes à l'Université de Phoenix Stadium pour le football et le hockey et plus encore. Golf mecca avec de nombreux beaux parcours à distance de conduite facile.

Estrella Mountain Ranch est une communauté de villégiature fabuleuse avec deux clubs, des kilomÚtres de sentiers de randonnée et de pistes cyclables, un parcours de golf à couper le souffle et de nombreux autres équipements.

REMARQUE: Les frais de chauffage de la piscine sont facultatifs et ne s’appliquent pas si l’hîtel choisit de ne pas chauffer la piscine. De plus, les frais ne s’appliquent pas de mai à septembre.

Excellent AZ Golf Course Home

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The three-bedroom, one-story home on a golf course with a pool was perfect for our family. The views from the pool — overlooking the course with mountains in the background — were stunning, especially in the mornings. The house was stocked with everything we could need: towels, a washer/dryer, kitchen essentials, spices, a speaker, a blow dryer, and more. The location, in a quiet area west of Phoenix, was ideal — close to golf, trails, shopping, and supplies. While we enjoyed a few restaurants nearby, the area could use more local bars and bistros. Overall, an excellent place to stay — we’d happily return!

Great stay

Sunrise from the hot tub was awesome we also really enjoyed watching people play golf. The house was the perfect size for us was clean and just as shown in the pictures. All of the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The only thing i would add is maybe a tv in the other bedrooms. But a great house in a very nice community with awesome views.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This property delivers all that was promised. Making this property a standout was the hot tub, pool, use of the garage and views of the golf course and mountains. The owners instruction booklet was comprehensive without being burdensome. When we return to Goodyear this will be our first choice. It ranks at the top of our 15 HomeAway/VRBO stays.

Great place for a family gathering

The house was perfect for my husband and I and my 2 adult kids and their partners. Lots of room, a great hottub and pool. The backyard view was spectacular. You definitely need a car for this location.

Amazing property

This home could not have been a better fit for me. Came for a few days of vacation and it was perfect. The backyard is the highlight with amazing views and clean pool. Communication with Ron was great and all was as described it not better. Will certainly rebook next time I’m in the area.

Spring Training

The home was as described, very clean, great views and roomy. Goodyear AZ though quiet had some very nice places for dinner. We spent most of our time in Glendale which us another great community.

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect for the 4 of us with plenty of room. The view of the small lake and golf course was enjoyable with a cup of coffee in the morning. We did not use the pool but is an added bonus as well as the hot tub which we did use. Golf is nearby which was part of the reason we chose this house. Communication with the owner was great. I would highly reccommend this house for your next vacation.

Great water, fairway & mountain views

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Estrella Mountain Ranch. The hot tub/spa helped sooth our muscles after long hikes in the mountains. The home was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Room for 2 cars in the garage. Highly recommended.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at this home. Once again it was a pleasurable and relaxing stay. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. The backyard has great views. The pool/spa was wonderful and appreciated being able to bbq while cooling off in the pool. We weren't able to use the Community workout facility but we were able to get a week family pass for the YMCA, very nicely equipped. We would certainly return.

This home had everything we were looking for with the main focus being on outdoor living and golf. It is immaculately furnished and equipped with everything you could ever need.
The community of Estrella Mountain Ranch is quiet, safe, charming, and beautiful. Away from the rat race and traffic of the city yet close enough to restaurants, Spring Training, Nascar racing, and other amenities.
