Welcome to Sea La Vie
This gorgeous waterfront vacation home offers guests the ultimate in a Florida getaway. Every visitor is welcomed into a large open living space with unique wood paneled ceilings and skylights. The open living area seamlessly flows out to the screened in lanai where guests will find the electric heated pool/spa, outdoor shower, and newly refurbished dock overlooking the extra wide gulf access canal.

Step outside onto the screened in pool deck to experience the perfect combination of tranquility and bliss. The gorgeous pool with attached spa adds another stunning amenity including gulf access views. The pool and spa give an unobstructed view of the canal with its spacious and open design.

The large master bedroom offers a comfy king bed, 2 queen air mattresses if needed, spacious closet, and TV with expanded cable package. The en suite master bathroom comes complete with dual vanities and walkin shower. Enjoy the peaceful views of the private garden from the soaking tub.

2 more bedrooms and a guest bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home. Every guest bedroom also features large king size beds, Roku TVs and ceiling fans. This home can sleep up to 6 adults. Please make sure to add the accurate number of guests at time of reservation.

The custom gourmet kitchen has waterfall granite countertops, comes fully stocked for any of your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee at the attached breakfast bar or relax at the dining table with seating for 6.

Settle in and relax with your loved ones on the living room sofa while watching the national sports games on the huge 85" flat screen cable TV or enjoy a game of billiards next to the indoor wet bar. Complimentary high speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

As the sun goes down, fire up the BBQ grill, hang out with friends and family in the outside dining area that seats 10 or enjoy your favorite show on the outdoor TV. Our guests also enjoy cozying up on one of the chaise loungers while taking in the beautiful canal views.

Perfect Set-up

Great property in Cape Coral

This house was a perfect fit for our family with the bedroom setup and wonderful open floor plan in the kitchen and living area. The pool table was a great bonus. Outside, the pool and hot tub were awesome. The home location was accessible to everything we needed, restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. It was very comfortable and supplied with everything we needed for our family. This was a great place to stay, I highly recommend it.

WONDERFUL VACATION HOME

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful house. Loved the beautifully decorated open floor plan with TV's in every room. The pool and lanai areas are perfect for a relaxing day in the Florida sun. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and was super clean. Great location and was close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be back to this lovely property.

Loved this house!

I loved staying at this house for a recent girls trip. It was in a great location, about 15 minutes away from the airport. The view from the front room was amazing and the house backed up to a canal. We used the kayaks the hosts provided every day! The pool and hot tub area is beautiful. Everything in the house is brand new and the house is beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this home! Would be great for families too.

Beautiful open concept

Was a wow as we walked in front doors to see through to pool and canal . Beautiful open kitchen to living room to pool table , to open sliding doors to spa, pool and deck to canal! Loved having morning coffee on deck with a warm breeze greeting us every morning.

Perfect Family Vacay Home!

We loved our stay Sea La Vie! The home was spacious, perfect for our kiddos to have enough room to play. The pool & pool table were used on a daily which was great entertainment for our whole family. Perfect Respite

Sea la Vie was just what my sister and I needed during a physically and emotionally taxing week. We were in town to close out our aunt's house after she suffered a stroke and returning to this comfortable, relaxing home at the end of every day gave us the space to recharge so we could face each next day's tasks. I am fairly certain that the long soaks in the hot tub were instrumental in our ability to move the next morning. :-) Thank you for this sanctuary and for your great communication before, during, and after our visit.

Sea La Vie is a slice of paradise

This was a great place for our vacation. We felt so comfortable and pampered in this house. Brand new inside and out. Beautiful views of sunsets. We used the pool and hot tub every day. We used the kayaks to explore the canals. Top of the line finishes throughout. TV in every room. The office is handy, if needed. Short drive to the beaches and to restaurants, bars and grocery. We grilled out and cooked, as well. The owners and management are on top of everything. Truly a slice of paradise. We did not want to leave and can't wait to go back again!

This rental is one of the best we've stayed at over the last 15 years. My family stayed for multiple weeks at this lovely home. The home is very spacious with good layout, well decorated and stocked with everything you could think of from kitchen to high end bedding to beach chairs-coolers-umbrellas, entertainment such as big screens (85" in the family room plus each bedroom). An awesome pool table for lots of family fun . The couches are built in recliners for extra comfort during movies, ballgames & naps. Beautiful wide, quiet canal with extra large deck looking over the water. Outdoor areas is excellent including big screen, hot tub, pool, dining for 10, large BBQ, lighted overhang inside the pool cage so weather doesn't spoil. This home hasn't forgotten a thing concerning your stay. Florian and the property management company we're excellent to deal with and attended to all our questions of the area. The home is centrally located to everything we wanted to do if it be dining, night life, beach, shopping, boat rental, exercise etc... This home is AWESOME!!!

Sea La YES!

Our overall stay was very enjoyable. It is a very quiet neighborhood with not a lot of traffic. The house is an older house that has been flipped. There are all high-end appliances added as well as granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed with a TV and plenty of storage. The pool is very quick to heat up as well as the hot tub with the controls. There is a TV outside with a table that is covered. One warning the deck is flooring is finished but not the rails. It is wide open to the water, so it is not suitable for children! There is cable and a huge 85" tv in the living room. The living room is very spacious with an open floor plan. There were some toiletries available for use as well as a few spices. The master bedroom has a sky light and high windows without blinds. So, in the mornings it is VERY bright. With all that said yes, we would return again if we had the chance.

Perfect Setting for a Weekend Away!

A much needed weekend away over July 4th was literally taken to the next level in this gorgeous home! Florian was so accommodating with our late arrival and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The decor is stunning, every item you could possibly need was present and high quality linens and beach towels were so appreciated! We enjoyed the pool and kayaks while the sun shined and sat at the covered table, under the outdoor lights, in the evening enjoying a meal when the rain came in. The pool table also provided entertainment during a storm one evening. We definitely will return for another visit!

Great open floorplan for entertainment & relaxation!! Very well decorated and showed the attention to detail for our comfort you don't find in a lot of rentals. Fully furnished kitchen with all the extra. Awesome pool table the family had a great time at. Furniture inside and out was very comfortable and plenty of seating. New big BBQ plus HUGE deck with wonderful view over the canal. Large TVs around the house inside and out. Great location for dinning out!!! We have stayed at dozens of rental homes in Cape Coral and this is our favorite due to the openness, layout, decorated to entertain and very accommodating property management team of Florian & Jennifer. JOB WELL DONE Sea La Vie!!!
