Perfect for family

The peoperty was fantastic. There were a couple small repair issues but nothing major. The air hockey table does not work. The pool is bigger than pictured and it is fantastic. The house is the perfect size for families. There were 7 of us in total and there was still a spare bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. You do hear alot of traffic but not anything too loud.

There were no tv’s in the upstairs bedrooms and the master bedroom tv’s Roku did not work. The internet was extremely slow to the point you couldn’t stream anything on the tv in the living room. The pull out bed in the other room downstairs was broke in the middle of the bed. We saw several roaches in the kitchen. There was a fan in the closet that did not work. A house this size really needs 2 outdoor trash cans. We ran out of space for trash. We found dog feces under the chairs by the pool. One of the kitchen chairs was broken.

Not as advertised.

I originally booked this place with a nice warm pool (we paid extra for pool heating, it was still ice cold until maybe the last few hours of the 3rd night), and the game room was very falsely advertised. All of the pool sticks were heavily damaged, the dart board ripped to shreds and completely unusable, and the pucks for the air hockey table missing the magnets so they did not function. I slept in the king suite room and the bed was like sleeping on a massive cardboard box. I'm not sure how the other bedrooms were, but I slept very uncomfortable. Overall we had a good time and made the best for it, but I would not stay here again. On top of it all, the entire neighborhood REEKED of trash. Our outside trash cans were completely full along, and seemed to have been sitting full for at least two weeks with the other neighbors so sitting outside was unbearable.

Sam, thanks for staying with us. We are sorry you encountered a few issues that had a negative impact on your stay. - We're sorry you weren't able to enjoy the pool during your stay. The pool was turned on before you arrived and it typically only takes a few hours to heat up. - We apologize for the condition of the game room. We had no prior knowledge of the games being inoperable. Things must have gotten broken by our previous guests. We will do an inspection of the game room and replace things as necessary. - We're sorry about the garage. Garbage pickup was delayed due to hurricane Ian and road flooding. Unfortunately, this was out of our control. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Loved staying here. Perfect for our group of 9.

Everything was as shown and described in the listing. We loved the open ceilings and the spacious rooms. We enjoyed the covered pool. We were able to sit outside day and night without pesky bugs! A big plus for us!! Communication with property managers and owners was great. Quick response to any needs. There is a problem with flies. We didn't have much of a problem with them getting in the house because we used the trick of putting a zip lock bag with water above the door. I would recommend to the owners that the tree nuts/debri are the problem and need to be cleaned up regular. They smell so bad due to rotting and are covered with flies. Don't even step on one of those mushy things! Overall a great place to stay. I would recommend it!
