New to the rental market in the summer of 2024, this newly refurbished 5 bed / 4 bed villa can be found on the resort of Hampton Lakes, with direct access to Highway 27 it is ideally located for all of the attractions!

There is enough space to sleep 10 and you can bask in our large west facing pool!

Inside the home you will find modern furnishing, new floors, upgraded air conditioning, new kitchen appliances and quartz counters. Our home has been gutted and completely transformed during June 2024!

There are new ROKU TVs fitted throughout the home so you can sign in to your favourite streaming services and free WiFi is available to all our guests.

Our table foosball will also keep you and your loved ones busy! We have placed this inside the home so you can enjoy within the Air Conditioning!

Our West Facing Pool is equipped with table and chairs along with Loungers to enable you to enjoy the beautiful Florida heat, when its time to cool off, the lanai offers shade and cooling from a large ceiling fan.

Living

Our large open plan living area overlooks the pool and spa with access available via the large double patio doors, the room has a new comfortable sofa beds, occasional table and lamp

It is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying our wall mounted ROKU TV where you can catch up with all your favourite streaming services and shows!

Kitchen

Our beautiful, well equipped modern kitchen comprises of large granite worktops, large sink, loads of storage, waste disposal, and pantry.

There is a Breakfast bar with 4 stools.

We boast Stainless Steel Appliances: Stove, Microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser.

Tableware for 14, Cooking utensils. Coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster are all available for your use.

All glassware, crockery... everything is provided for your use!

Dining

Our stunning dining area is situated just off the kitchen, featuring a beautiful new table and chair set worthy of any room!
All cookware and crockery is included, look forward to making family memories!

Master Bedroom 1:

The feature Master Ensuite is situated at the very rear of the home, featuring a large closet, a new king side bed and mattress, large TV and plenty of storage.

King Suite 2:

Another brand new King size bed with top quality mattress and linen, Smart TV, closet and drawer space, this bedroom is situated to the side of the home.

Both of our king suites are situated on the ground floor.

Queen Suite:

Another good size room situated to the rear of the home on the second floor. It has a Queen size bed, Smart TV, closet and drawer space with views over the pool and towards the lake.

Bedroom 4 and 5:

Each room with 2 twin beds, Smart TVs and closet and drawer space

4 bathrooms, 3 en-suites.

Master King Ensuite

En suite bathroom from the master has a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, brand new granite work tops and new basin and fittings, WC, hairdryer, and walk-in closet.

Suite 2

En suite bathroom for the second King Master downstairs has a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, brand new granite work tops and new basin and fittings, WC, hairdryer, and walk-in closet.

Suite 3

Ensuite bathroom upstairs for the Queen Room features a bath with integrated shower, granite works tops, new sink and fittings and a WC.

Located between the two twin rooms and feature a bath with integrated shower, a vessel sink and toilet

Pool
Our secure and screened pool area is equipped with a pool and adjoining spa (heating optional and is priced at $35 per day), there is a large table with four chairs and four adjustable loungers.

An optional grill can be rented at an additional cost of $15 per day

Internet
Free high speed wifi is provided throughout the home.

Baby Equipment
An High Chair and Pack and Play is available.

Accessible
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use.

In addition, our starter pack will comprise of 3 x trash can liner, detergent pods, washing pods and 3 x roll of toilet paper.

Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

Rules of our home:

Must be 25+ Years of age to book.
No Smoking
No Parties
A clean fee of $200 applies to all bookings.

Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes

The BBQ can be rented for $15 per day (minimum 7 nights)

Electric car charging is not allowed at this home.

Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Pets
Cats and Dogs can be considered up to 20lbs in weight.
