The Space:

Hill View at Euroa by Tiny Away is a pastoral district located North East of Melbourne, just 8 minutes from Euroa near the Northern Republic Euroa (restaurant), Mawson Bakery, Fare Enough Euroa (cafe), and Gooram Falls are a few of the recommended attractions our vacationers enjoy.



This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Sunset View at Euroa," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



The Tiny House is near the highway, so some traffic noise may be heard.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and its surrounding areas including the farm, paddocks, and three dams. As an added note, we would like to remind PET OWNERS of the policies:



- Maximum of 2 pets allowed. A $33 cleaning fee per pet, per stay—payable to the host.

- Please note that pets (dog/cat) must be leashed at all times. The full policy provided before booking.

- Due to the nature of the locality, please obtain the owner's pre-approval before bringing your pet/dog to the accommodation. Cats are welcome, but prior approval is required.



Important Check-In Information:



- Please note that the latest check-in time is 7:00 PM. After this time, it may be difficult to provide guidance as it will be dark.



The Neighborhood:

Hill View at Euroa by Tiny Away is located in the quiet town of Balmattum, offering a peaceful escape from the busy city and a chance to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Euroa. Explore the Balmattum Hill Walking Track, a great spot for hiking, or unwind under the stars at Euroa Glamping. Visit Gooram Falls for a family picnic and a swim, grab a tasty burger at Violet Town Café, and enjoy family time at Seven Creeks Park, which features an enclosed playground for kids.



Getting Around:

By car : 90 mins drive from Melbourne. The property is located next to Hume fwy between Benala and Euroa.



By public transport : Train to Euroa from Southern Cross and Euroa Taxi



Other Things to Note:

- WiFi access in common area only

- No smoking allowed on the property

- Breakfast is available for an extra cost

- Grazing boxes are available for pre-order

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Firewood comes at an extra cost of $25 per bag

- Outdoor fire pit available, except for total fire bans

- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host’s permission

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Fully functional shower and flush toilets are available in the common area or the kitchen block for your convenience



Guest Advisory



- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house

- Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines so we can help protect the environment

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
