Great, pet-friendly location and great walkability to windmill beach. We brought our dogs which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, previous pets/owners seemed to not be as respectful of the cute hime- lots of old pee stains and spots on rugs and furniture- however, it was clean otherwise. Lots of space outdoors, nice fire-pit, outdoor shower, and big spacious living room. Some TVs did not work and some kitchen basics (such as can openers) needed to be replaced/did not work.

Thank you for sharing feedback about your stay! I’m very sorry the home showed evidence of prior pet stains on rugs and furniture. I’ve passed your comments to our housekeeping and maintenance teams and the homeowner so we can deep-clean or replace affected items and repair/replace the appliances and electronics you mentioned. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve future stays. - New England Vacation Rentals

Easy stay at the Cape

This is our second time sraying at this property and everything went so smoothly. We got an early check-in and everything was just as we remember it. We were really close to shopping, grocery store, coffee shops, and of course, the beach. We had all the necessities and it was very simple, but it was everything we needed. We're already looking forward to next year!

6 Locust St S Yarmouth

Entering the home we found it to be absolutely immaculate in all rooms. Living spaces were spacious The negatives were There was no place for food storage. Only given 1 bag for trash. Remote instructions while simplistic were difficult when actually using remote in living room. Extremely frustrating every time we wanted to watch tv
