Spacious, Peaceful Stay

This 2-story home is down a quiet driveway. It is spacious and has comfortable accommodations for everyone! Definitely a great place to stay when in Southern CA.

Great location

This rental worked really well for our needs! It had a great location and lots of beds. My favorite part of the experience was the check-out… no chores allowed! Most places we’ve stayed at have an extensive list of check out chores - on top of charging a cleaning fee. At the end of our stay, we packed up our bags and locked the house! Everything was smooth and our host was communicative throughout.

Great spot for a family trip!

Dave’s property was in an amazing location and had everything we needed for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 infants. The location was great, 10-15 minutes from everything and in a walkable location. We walked to hola adios coffee shop and the donut shop every day! I loved the note about recommended things to do we got after arrival, we used a lot of those recommendations. The place was super clean and had all of the accommodations we needed. A few more towels would have been great (because, young kids!) but we were able to use the washing machine when needed so we made it work. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Perfect for my family

We really enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable. Great amenities. Great location. It was close to every place we wanted to go. Traveling with two teenagers, having an adequate amount of space is a priority for us. Hotels just don't cut it for us anymore. Place was clean, although the walls could use some cleaning. Being able to park in our own private garage while on vacation was a game changer. Reps were available and responsive when contacted. We will definitely stay here again.

Spacious stay at a great location!

We were in town for the OC Marathon with most events taking place at the OC Fair & Event Center. This was within walking distance along with many other restaurants and stores. We then used Uber/Lyft for our trips down to the beach and to/from the airport. Upon arrival, our Uber driver told us this was a safe neighborhood and we felt that throughout our stay. The host was great to work with and very quick to respond. We’d love to stay here again!

Quiet and clean with responsive management

The property is exactly as advertised. We got there and the light fixture was leaking in one bathroom ceiling. We called a few minutes to 11pm as we had arrived late and they answered the phone and had maintenance and repair in the next morning. Great service, quiet property. We would stay again.

Really felt like our two vehicles were secure in free garage parking with direct access to unit . Garage fit both a Minivan and Bronco. Nine Family members rotated thru the unit and everyone had their own bed. Beds and pillows comfortable with clean white sheets. Kitchen had open concept which made it convenient to stay connected to rest of family. Two grandsons and service dog enjoyed the backyard with grassy area and sandy area. We struggled with connecting to streaming service to watch football but Host responded to us within minutes so became a nonissue. Location was convenient to 55 Route (5 min) , Beach (15 min) lots of restaurants, fun playground / park Tewinkle, only (5 min )to John Wayne Airport. The close proximity to airport and planes taking off was not an issue for us. Quiet neighbors. Host provided a well supplied coffee bar and drip coffee maker which came in handy several times . But there are great coffee shops nearby. Make time to drop by Salty Horse Coffee Shop. We saw two cast members of Vanderpump Rules during our visit.

A Worthwhile Distance

This is a very comfortable little condo. It has plenty of beds, enough for the 6 of us and still probably could accommodate a couple more people. It is extremely clean. Everything works as they should. The beds are very comfortable. We especially appreciated the provided coffee and coffee maker. This gets extra credit in our books. We did not have to contact the host for anything. The only minor comment we'd like to make is that the stay is in Costa Mesa, so it's an 18-minute drive from Disneyland. So, not real close to the park, nor too far either; merely a minor inconvenience should you want to be closer to the park. But overall, it's an extremely comfortable place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Family Gathering

My family mainly from out of state and I, 8 of us in total, rented this condo to celebrate my b-day. Great communication with the owner/staff before, during and after our week long stay as our stay started with 2 burners in the stove and a few bedroom outlets were not working. These 2 issues were resolved within 24 hours. Centrally located in OC, just minutes from John Wayne airport, PCH, Newport Beach and South Coast Plaza. Accommodates in the description are accurate and slept all of us, plus our dog, comfortably, with 4 queens, 1 king and a pullout in the living room. Dining area is small and seats 4 but the outdoor patio table/chairs made it possible for all to sit during meals. We did need to clean all of the pots/pans before cooking d/t a few looking used upon arrival. Neighborhood is very nice, clean and welcoming along with a local squirrel and opossum for wildlife lovers entertainment… We would recommend staying at this property with a 4.7/5 rating! We appreciate your feedback regarding the stove burners and bedroom outlets. These issues were promptly addressed and resolved to ensure no future inconvenience for guests. Regarding the dining area, we do include photos in our listing that accurately reflect the space, including the seating. We’re glad you were able to make use of the outdoor patio to accommodate everyone. My adult children came to town for their sister’s my youngest graduation at Newport Harbor HS. We have not vacationed together as just our family for many years and our stay here really made our time spent together amazing and full of lazy times we haven’t enjoyed together as a family for years. We enjoyed competitive games of ping pong in the back yard and spent one of our evenings enjoying the monopoly game we found in the living till the wee hours of the morning. We had every accommodation we needed for our stay not to mention every member of my family including my niece and mother who joined us for one of the nights could only comment about the coziness the place gives you during your stay. The place was large and offered every amenity you would need from comfortable soft beds with ceiling fans and swamp coolers in every room. I have zero complaints and highly recommend staying here. I’ve had to stay at hotels in this area and hope I will never have to again and will stay here instead. The host was also attentive helpful informative and available the entire time of our stay. My kids were also extremely appreciative of Dave’s check pit policy of letting them do the cleaning. Thank you so much for allowing us this amazing stay at your place. My family and I couldn’t have such an amazing time together that staying here gave us all. Thank you Dave !!
