The private house is in the coveted Eastside area of Costa Mesa.
Our VACATION RENTAL is close to Disneyland and 2 miles to the beach. A 1/2 mile walk to the walking trails of Newport Back Bay. We are 1.5 miles from John Wayne airport.
An ideal base to explore the Orange County area. It has everything you need for your trip. It is equipped with a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. During your stay, you have the convenience of a private fenced yard, with a patio and BBQ.

This is a fabulous rental. Clean, comfortable and roomy. Very private. Owners were friendly and very helpful. The backyard space is great for eating or reading ouside with comfy furniture and shade. The location is great, between Newport Back Bay and the OC Fairgrounds. You are within the flight path of the airport, so hear planes outside, but the house is well insulated and quiet. We ate outside with friends and were minimally impacted. A really wonderful place to spend time in the Costa Mesa area.

Very clean and comfortable. Our dogs were happy with the yard which we enjoyed as well. We especially liked how quiet and private the place was. The host responded quickly with any communication we had. We plan to come back!

Valerie and Jim were very welcoming as well as Floyd(their dog). It was a very comfortable and well stocked house. We really enjoyed the backyard space to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. The location worked out perfectly for us as it’s very close to our family and great walking distance to Back Bay. We are looking forward to staying there again next year!

We didn’t realize it was the guest house behind another property when we booked. Overall, it was a clean safe space. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. It was also quiet despite the fact that it’s a guest house.
