Perfect Place!!!

If you're in Cape Coral and looking for a great place to stay for a few nights. I highly recommend this place; it was perfect for our family of four. The house was very welcoming, the beds are comfortable, and a screen porch with a pool and outside seating!!!! Fantastic place to stay, and the host, "Kevin," was super friendly and welcoming.

This past week has been amazing! We absolutely loved the lanai area and the pool, and sitting by the canal was an added bonus. If we could stay longer, we definitely would! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect in every way.

Week in Paradise

Beautiful, clean, and well appointed house with sparkling pool! Located on a canal and just down the road from Publix. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the boats go by on the canal, swimming in the heated pool and watching tv out there. We will be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Family Retreat. The home was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The floor plan is open and inviting with a wonderful beachy theme. The home is clean and well stocked with all the essentials you need for your vacation. The area is very quiet, which made it even more restful. The beds also were super comfy. No sore back upon waking! We loved having the outside living area for morning coffee and saw manatees on two separate occasions. Overall a wonderful stay and would most definitely book again. Thank you to Bruno and Mary for their great communication throughout our stay.

Very nice place to stay, nice wide open floor plan, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Nice outdoor space with pool. It was nice they had floaties, pool towels and indoor games. The canal makes for fun sightseeing. I wish I had known more about the fishing opportunities in the canal…we saw dolphins and manatee, so there must be fish! Nice well appointed kitchen and the fridge had a water dispenser. The grill is very basic, good enough for hot dogs and burgers. Our family of 5 would stay again!

Wow!! Excellent property!! Would return!

5 stars on all. Great house, pool, outdoor area, location. Great price!! Owners were so easy to work with. Only improvement I would recommend. A wall mounted magnifying mirror. The over 40’ish women and up will greatly appreciate it!! (They have a handheld, yet I needed more magnification 😂).

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in this inviting home. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Attention to detail was very evident throughout the home. There were extra towels, blankets, pillows and pool towels for guest use. We only needed plates and drinkware for our snacks and breakfast, since we ate at local restaurants for lunch and/or dinner. The kitchen was well appointed for those who would be cooking on-site. We were grateful that there was a "starter" supply of kitchen bags, washing/dishwasher pods, and some spices. There was even a surprise of beverages to welcome us after our long drive to Florida. We can not even begin to say enough beautiful things about the pool and lanai! While summers are hot and humid in Florida, it did not stop me from enjoying coffee outside each morning in the peace and quiet. We took a daily swim in the morning and enjoyed the pool again each evening after returning from dinner or an excursion. We loved that we could cool off in the pool while watching a movie or listening to music. Each door to the outside pool has an alarm - great peace of mind if traveling with young children. I also appreciated that we could disable it during our stay with no children. We had a little issue with ants in the Master Bed/Bath, but management offered to send out an exterminator right away, but it was minor that we did not mind wiping them up - it is summer in Florida after all. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!

Our family loved the house. It was very clean, decorated with classic taste and give the feeling of home away from home. Beds were comfortable and layout was great for traveling with inlaws. We also enjoyed the ample seating outside more than we were inside probably! It was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfection in the midst of Chaos

This property is WELL worth the money. Due to Hurricane Ian, this was the third property I booked for our vacation week, and felt like I was settling for whatever was available. Boy was I wrong. This property is PERFECT! Our family loves being outdoors and the spacious patio/pool/dining area fit our family to a "T". There was a gorgeous dining room table just inside the patio doors, but we only used it to set up our puzzle. We ate every meal outside, watched movies outside, drank our coffee outside, relaxed outside, etc. But if that wasn't enough, the second brick patio right on the canal was the icing on the cake. So peaceful being on the water. We did have to spend a little time inside when Hurricane Nicole came through, but being surrounded by lovely furnishings and having super comfy beds even makes being inside bearable. This house is in a bustling area of Cape Coral, so it isn't necessarily "quiet" outside, but it is not noticeable inside. We cooked most of our meals at the house and had all that we needed for cooking, with the exception of spices etc. and foil, saran etc. This may have been due to Ian having just gone through, not certain, but keep that in mind especially if you are flying, as we did. The only other thing to mention might be if you like to play games or do puzzles, bring those with you as well. If I am ever in Cape Coral again, I would DEFINITELY stay at this property again!
