-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement required after booking. All information and communications come from Lake Life Vacation Rentals.
-NO SMOKING or EVENTS or PARTIES
-We are located in a residential neighborhood so please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We want to continue to share our property so this is very important.
-Amenities include free WIFI, cable on all TV's, and a fully equipped kitchen.
-Dogs CONSIDERED. Do not instant book without getting your dog pre approved. We consider 1 small to medium, adult low shedding dogs. Pets must be pre approved prior to booking. Message me the age, breed, and weight of your dog. Dogs must be completely house trained and only potty outside (no puppy pads), are never allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.-Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee ("Management"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,000 of accidental reported damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.Large screened pool deck surrounding the HEATED SALTWATER pool.
-Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
-Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees in the colder months, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

-The garage is not part of the rental, and is not accessible to guests.

-Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. Please move grill away from house and lanai when grilling. We do not refill the tank. So, when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

-The fireplace is not to be used to burn wood. We have decorative battery operated candles operated with a remote for a nice ambience.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee

-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to garbage cans. We provide a complimentary garbage concierge that will take the garbage cans and recyclables to the edge of the driveway on Sunday and Wednesdays for pick up.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You only need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
