Our stay in Palmetto was amazing! The property was perfect for our family traveling with two littles. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The host is extremely responsive and so helpful. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer!

We stayed 4 nights and it was a perfect getaway for our family and friends! Our boys loved taking the kayaks out and fishing from the dock. At night, they enjoyed the outside pool/hot tub and inside, the pool table and gaming late into the night. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Jamie responded to texts in a timely manner and was the perfect host!

Property is ideal for families who want to stay away from all of the activity and be close enough to go to the beach and they have all of the gear you need for any side journey. We saw an alligator every day down at Emerson Point Preserve and went kayaking. The house has everything you need and is perfect for families and adults. Thank you.

Perfect getaway for all!

We had some guests from out of state and locals stay for a nearby wedding. Accommodations had everything we needed and the outdoor space and pool were wonderful!!

A great spacious home for large groups, we had a great time. The house and pool area were very clean. Loved all that it has to entertain kids and adults, pool table, foosball table, x-box set up and all of the outdoor pool toys. Hot tub was an extra wonderful bonus. The home is furnished really well and has most everything you would want in the kitchen, including the kitchen area in the basement. The host, Jamie is awesome! He is wonderful at getting back to you quickly if you have a question or concern. Would absolutely stay there again. And there are some great places to eat within a short drive. Big thank you to Jamie!!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Our family made full use of the beautiful pool and spacious outdoor area, and we loved watching the local wildlife and birds throughout the day. The games room was a perfect escape for the kids, and the whole house was spotless with everything you could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable and the natural light throughout the home made it feel bright and relaxing.The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet only a short drive to shops and restaurants. 10th Street Coffee was a great little find nearby. Jamie, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a technical issue with the internet (completely outside the owner’s control), and he arranged for a technician to come out quickly, which we really appreciated.We absolutely loved our time here and would happily return.

We had a great time staying here. We brought our own boat and was able to dock it at the house, which we used to go to a different beach every day and out to eat at night which was way more enjoyable than sitting in traffic in a car.Kids loved the pool and catching fish off the dock.Loved it!!

The house was amazing with two master suites and 2 sets of washer and dryers. pool was great-owner was easily accessible-tons to do for all ages. beaches were pristine!!
