This cute & updated century house is a golden treat within the city but on a small quiet dead end street. In the heart of Roncessvalles a west end neighbourhood bustling with shops, restaurants, breweries, an old cinema and cafe's you're sure to be entertained each day. This home has an amazing rooftop terrace that catches sunlight all day for basking and shows off unobstructed pink skies during sunsets. There's three large trees on the property affording privacy in the newly renovated & styled third floor that has you feeling like you're at a retreat in Costa Rica!
