Linen is not included at this property. With three bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 guests in 2 queen beds and 1 tri bunk. Sofa bed is also available on the lower level.

Year round comfort is offered with two split system air conditioners ensuring all living areas and the master bedroom are cool during summer and warm during winter. In Summer, open the large windows throughout to feel the ocean breeze, and take a breath in and smell the sea air.

Holidays are all about relaxing, and there are plentiful spaces to relax in this cosy getaway, a particular favourite will be on the large balcony in Summer, or in Winter put your feet up with a good book on the delightful built-in corner sofa overlooking the balcony and beyond.

The house is well equipped with must-have summer holiday essentials such as a BBQ and outdoor shower (with hot water)!

If cooking on holidays isn’t your thing, no problem you are only streets back from the delightful Cape Tavern as well as the General store.

There is no need to worry about finding a car park when you want to head to the beach as you are within walking distance, just a couple of streets back, you will be on the sand in under 10 minutes from walking out the front door. There is also a local playground less than 10 minutes away for a quick run around.
