The well-equipped kitchen and dining area open to an inviting rear deck for outdoor entertaining.

This holiday home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom wing boasts a Queen bed with an ensuite complete with a double bath (not SPA), while the second bedroom has two double beds, each with a single bunk over the top. Ideal for both relaxation and productivity, the second bedroom offers a separate TV, a desk, and a monitor for your laptop, making it an excellent 'Work from Home' space. Stay connected with unlimited WiFi. Both bedrooms also feature a new wall split-system reverse cycle air conditioner.




Enjoy the stunning mountain outlook from the deck, complete with outdoor table, chairs, and a gas BBQ for delightful al fresco meals. Property was nice with a great view but laundry staff letting themselves into the property unannounced was not appreciated and left my wife feeling unsafe.

Not quite like it sounds, the linen hire company deliver a few times a week during the day and they place the orders in our shed and pick up the used linen. This happens at every short term rental property in Halls Gap and under no circumstances do they go in the houses.

Beautiful property in a fantastic and central location.

Absolutely fantastic. The property had everything we needed and more. It was clean and beautiful with a gorgeous front and rear garden. Comfortable and romantic for my partner and I. Wish we had stayed longer. The location is also perfect, right near town and giving access to so many things to do. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Home away from home

A very comfortable place to stay in. Close to the shop & hotel. The wood heater was very efficient and warmed the whole place. Would have liked a bedside table & lamp in the 2nd bedroom & a couple of extra salad bowls, otherwise would recommend the place.

Peaceful Grampians Retreat

The property meet our expectations and was presented on arrival just as lovely and clean as it was in the photos. It had everything on hand for our family of 4 to enjoy our Halls Gap stay including the fully equipped kitchen and movies/Netflix for relaxing after a day exploring the trails. We loved being surrounded by the gorgeous mountain views in this quiet court location with it's beautiful gardens, and glimpses of wildlife. Very happy with the location which was just a short drive to Halls Gap township and many scenic hiking trails close by. Dinner at the nearby pub, just a short walk away, was delicious. Check in/out process was very smooth and we had no issues in our experiences coordinating with the host. Thanks so much Janet.

Extremely comfortable, warm and spacious

Beautiful home with amazing views of the Grampians. Plenty of space for kids to play and have a little separation from parents. Absolutely loved the cockatoos landing on the veranda each morning! Would love to return.
