Strawberry Hill Villa is a spacious, private home on the 30-acre Wilburton Resort in Manchester Village VT. Just 1 mile from restaurants, shopping, and golf, this private resort transports you to a peaceful world away. The Wilburton is ranked “Best of the Best” by guests on TripAdvisor.

This home is ideal for skiing at Bromley Mt (8 miles away) & Stratton Mt (18 miles away). We offer discounted lift tickets at Bromley. You can cross country ski and sled right out your front door.

It is a wonderful home because every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, deck and TV. It is large enough for multiple families to share.

There are 2 very large bedrooms on each floor plus an eat-in-kitchen and separate living room with comfy leather couches, a powder room and Smart TV. ?
Fast Wi-Fi, BBQ, Fire pit, washer/dryer/free parking and covered patio for dining al fresco.

Dog Friendly: We are so dog friendly, we were on Animal Planet! All breeds are welcome for $125/per dog. All dogs stay free on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Mother’s Day.

POOLS:
The Wilburton resort has an outdoor pool that is open from dusk to dawn from Memorial Day to mid September. It is free and shared by all the vacation house guests and resort guests.

The indoor heated pool, located in the nearby clubhouse, is open year round but only available by advance reservations.

From November - April, your group gets a free 1 hour private pool party swim. Additional indoor pool time is available year round for $150/hour.

Stayed here for a weekend with a family of 19. Everyone had a great time! Great onsite amenities and nearby places to explore. Loved that each room had a private bath as we had multiple families, some with little kids. I wish the kitchen area was bigger as we spent most of the time there, especially in the mornings making breakfast. Host was very responsive and accommodating!

Annual Ski Trip Get Together

The place was great for our annual ski trip. The house comfortably accommodated our large group of adults and children. The bedrooms are larger and quieter than we expected. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom allowed each family to feel like they had their own space. Definitely would recommend.

This house has a great layout. It had a modern kitchen with everything that you would need. The mattresses were very comfortable with quality linens. Charming New England decor. Laundry room with modern washer and drier. The property is beautiful with stunning mountain views. Although you see pictures on the website sometimes you're not sure what you will get . This house looks better in person! I will definitely come back.

large, well appointed bedrooms and baths. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and tables for the family to gather in. Living room was small, but fine to cozy up for book reading. Grounds were beautiful with fascinating sculptures.

Such a beautiful place!

Our stay at Wilburton Inn was fantastic. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the grounds. The staff was so friendly and helpful - thank you Michelle for your warm welcomes each afternoon when we came in for coffee and treats. Melissa sent us suggestions of things to do during the week, especially since the weather was cooler than usual. She even dropped off a lawn game and a brand new fire-pit to "warm up"... Of course, the kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making s'mores in the evenings. Visiting the farm/bakery, Earth, Sky, Time is a definite must do. Everything there is delicious! We also enjoyed their food at the Inn's Wednesday night dinner. We really enjoyed Manchester and look forward to our next visit to the Inn.

“Perfect place for multiple families with kids!”

This house was exactly what we needed. We had a large group of 12 adults and 6 kids (ages 1.5-5). There was plenty of room in the house with 6 bedrooms and plenty of open space outside for the kids to play and run around. The adults even got a quick football game in. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to eat together. The living room is a tight fit, but the adults hung out in one of the large bedrooms after the kids fell asleep anyway. All of the bedrooms have TVs. The bedrooms are generously sized and spaced apart so the noise at night is minimized. The bathrooms in each bedroom are very convenient and accommodating. Highly recommend. If my group goes back to this area (Stratton mtn is 25 min drive), we would definitely think about staying at this place again. Melissa was our host and fantastic with communication and providing us with whatever we needed to make the most of our stay. Highly recommend her (and her other properties) if we have to deal with her!

Large clean rooms in a beautiful setting

We enjoyed a lovely long ski weekend here at the Strawberry Hill Villa with lots of extended family - a group of 20 people - babies, kids and adults. We cooked in the large, well-equipped kitchen and loved it's radiant heated floors. It was -21 without the windchill and the house was very toasty. You would never know there were record breaking temps outside if you chose not to keave. Each of the well-decorated, large bedrooms have their own bathroom too. We would definitely stay here again.

BEST Reunion house ever...must make an annual tradition!

We had a FANTASTIC time and absolutely LOVED our accommodations. It felt like a real home to us all. The bedrooms are so spacious and well appointed. Private bathrooms too. We stayed 3 nights fro MLK weekend. Access to skiing, spa, shopping was great. We loved the house so much, some of us did not want to leave to do anything . We cannot wait to come back! (Memorial Day weekend maybe). Alan at the front desk was great. Our group gathered one evening at the main house. We played piano, looked through books and sat by the fire. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to sample the dining. The only improvement suggestion is that the back patio did get very slippery when the snow fall came. Conveniently there was a bucket of sand nearby. My husband threw some down because one of our guest nearly took a spill. One of our families was Greek. I was happy the owner stopped by, it was a treat to have him converse in Greek with our group. He also kindly apologized for not getting to the snow sooner. Wilburton was so perfect for us for many reasons and Strawberry Villa is the PERFECT house for our group of 20. One of our guests works in art therapy in the mental health field, so the creative process exhibit was extra interesting. The best part for me personally is learning that Wendy Wasserstein is the innkeeper/owner's aunt!! The Heidi Chronicles is one of my absolute FAVORITE plays. We may have to come up for Wilburton Broadway weekend. As you can tell, I really connected with your place. We forgot a couple of things and the front desk is working on sending them back. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had an amaizing new years week!

A group of 14 spent new years week in the strawberry hill villa. We had an absolute blast. Owner and staff are friendly and service is exceptional. Grounds, views and atmosphere have exactly what you come to vermont for. Town of manchester is great for spending an afternoon shopping and walking. Close enough to great skiing that its easy to cart people to and from Stratton (about 25 minutes) or bromley (15-20), however being away from the main base areas is nice and quiet. Strawberry hill villa

We stayed at strawberry hill villa for 2 nights in July of 2014- what an incredible experience!!! We had a group of 20- basically 6 families- the house was just perfect for our group- 6 bedrooms each with their own attached bath made it easy for each family to have private time and still have common areas like the living room and kitchen/dining area to hang out and not to mention having all the amenities of inn guests like use of the pool and grounds. Since we had food allergies in our group we cooked some of our meals and found the kitchen well equipped. The kitchen, each bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The staff at the wilburton inn were very accommodating- on the day of our check in we arrived early and the house was not ready yet so they allowed us to use their pool and we had a wonderful picnic on their beautiful grounds. The views of the mountains were incredible. Any minor issues we had were corrected promptly. The staff checked in on us just to see if we were enjoying ourselves on more than one occasion. They suggested some great places for outings and dining. We even were able to have a small campfire on our first night- all in all a GREAT experience- we will most certainly be returning :-)

Morlino Family Reunion

We had the pleasure of staying as guests in the Wilburton Inn in Manchester, VT. for our family reunion. It was awesome! The grounds were gorgeous & the accommodations were perfect. We (6 couples) stayed at the "Strawberry Fields" house. A large 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom nicely furnished house with a new large kitchen which we used not only to eat but we used as our get together room as well. It was just perfect for us! The people who operated the Wilburton Inn need to be commended as well for being such gracious hosts. They helped make our stay there a reunion to remember!

An Amazing Place to Be!

This house was exactly what we were looking for - a beautiful location, plenty of room for everybody, and lots of things to do! A group of friends (10 people) got together from far and wide for a week in Vermont, and we had so much fun! Staying in a house made it so easy for us to have our own space, and get together. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, and was so comfortable. I can't wait to go back - I want to bring all my groups of friends! So great!

Our family has lived in Manchester for 50 years. We celebrate our 38th year as family innkeepers of the Wilburton! We also own nearby organic farm and bakery Earth Sky Time Farm which holds amazing concerts every other Sunday in Summer and Fall. There's the onsite Museum of the Creative Process on the grounds of the inn with a remarkable sculpture exhibit you can stroll through and enjoy.
