Note: The ESJ Towers (as many other buildings in the area) has a full power generator for common areas but not for individual units. The electric grid in Puerto Rico is being remodeled so power outages may arise. We have equipped the unit with rechargeable fans and flashlights for this cases. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to contact us anytime.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are available from 8AM to 5PM every day and over our call agents 24 hours a day.
Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to the airport, and family-friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just within walking distance.
Walking distance to Walgreens, Restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, watersports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing, and Isla Verde beach!
If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It`s really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, casinos, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber available in P.R. and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, the place includes 3 assigned parking spots so no need to struggle to find street parking.
You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front.
The condo is centrally located on the Isla Verde Beachfront next to Fairmont El San Juan hotel, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay. There is 24/7 Security on site.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (with a processing fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. We love hosting guests, and we want you to have a great time. By booking our place, you agree that you read the rental agreement and house rules and that you and your guests will comply with them. RESERVATIONS: Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid ID must be provided at booking. CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: These will be sent to you by email, you are responsible for accessing this information prior to your arrival. Call us in advance if you have any questions. OCCUPANCY – Guests will use the property only for the dates and times determined in the reservation. The occupancy of the property (reservation dates) begins on the date and time established for check-in and is completed on the check-out date and established time. Unless a previous late check-out is agreed by Capital Jetset and the guest(s) in writing, guests are expected to leave the premises on this established check-out date and time. Guest(s) acknowledges that in case they refuse to leave the premises on the established check-out time and date, they will be prosecuted by the law under the `Ley de Hoteleros de 1995 de Puerto Rico` and further charges for trespassing private property will be applied. Guest(s) acknowledge that they will be liable for all costs including but not limited to legal procedures, administration fees, and other expenses, incurred by Capital Jetset, its representatives, buildings or communities, and property owners in case of a guest(s) required eviction. Guest(s) shall not use, occupy, or permit the described premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied by third parties or for any unlawful, illegal, immoral, or hazardous purpose. All guests are expected to be respectful of residents, personnel, neighbors, and all living creatures while staying at the property and building. We have zero-tolerance for disrespectful, rude, loud, or violent visitors. We have the right to cancel reservations that cause any threats, situations that disrupt the community`s well-being or involve the police. In these rare cases, guests will be escorted out of the property at the moment and no refunds will be granted. MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS ALLOWED-The maximum occupancy in your apartment is stated on your reservation, no additional guests may stay overnight at risk of having your reservation canceled without a refund. Do not give door access codes or keys to strangers. The person booking is responsible for any damages, keep this in mind when allowing others to stay at the property. EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before the agreed time. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. CANCELLATION POLICY – Review the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. SMOKING-This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes and hookas. Breaking this rule will result in a $300-$500 additional charge and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking. A smoke sensor installed in the unit notifies us of smoking inside the property. There are no exceptions to Cannabis even with a license. Incense and candles are also prohibited. CLEANING-Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, cleans dishes, takes the trash out, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel; it is a vacation rental. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. Any bodily fluid stains on linens or furniture will incur in additional charges beginning at $25 apiece. LOST KEYS - Cost to replace the following items: Electronic building key fobs $75 each, building keys $150 each. Please keep them safe. PROPERTY DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS: During the reservation period, all damages to the home or negligence resulting in damage to the property or building or loss of contents will be paid by the guest no less than 24 hours after check out. Guest acknowledges and accepts that Capital Jetset has the right to charge the guest`s credit card on file for these damages. PARKING- No parking for visitors. Park in assigned space only. Using an unauthorized parking $100 administration charge and may also incur a police ticket. LAUNDRY- Please, do not hang clothes or towels out of doors and windows. Follow the washing and drying machine instructions. PETS. We know that pets and assistance animals, whether a service animal or an emotional support animal, play an important role in a guest’s ability to travel. However, the safety and health of our guests, neighbors, and building personnel is the number one priority for us. There are two significant factors to consider; First, our listing is located in a building (not a single home) and consists of multiple shared spaces, including but not limited to; the lobby, elevators, pool, hallways, stairs, laundry area, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. Please not that there is not a pool and the beach access gate opens at 7am and closes 7pm. The guards often closed it 15min to and would not let us through. There is a grocery store that is a short walk if needed.

Great experience!
Greatest family vacation that we have ever had. The property and location were just fabulous. My entire family, which included my wife, my children, and grandchildren, (total of 15) could not stop talking about how impressed they all were with our accommodation. Would stay at this property again.

Family Getaway
The place was way bigger than i expected. I love the fact you can see the ocean from every angle of the house. The arcade games were a plus for our younger children. The management company kept open communication and that was great.

The property was more than enough room for our party of 12 and very nice. The location was great, right on the beach and central to anything that you need to get to. The property management was beyond nice and very accommodating. They were very helpful with any and all our needs. We would definitely stay here again and again. I really appreciate everything

Amazing Property!
This penthouse is so spacious and comfortable that a large group can easily stay here and not feel cramped. The terrace is beautiful too. (We wish the hot tub had been installed, but we were not expecting a hot tub. Next time we will definitely use the hot tub and hopefully the pool at the property will be operational again. You really cannot beat this location and property. We will be back!

Great Penthouse on the Beach
Highly recommend this spacious penthouse! Every room has ocean view and it’s no challenge to distribute our 15 people group. The kitchen is fully equipped even with an instant pot! Besides a huge dinning area, there are so many different areas on the first floor and we can always find our own place to do whatever we want to do. It’s comfortable and convenient. Should come back again.

This place is huge, stunning, and incredibly impressive from the moment you arrive. It truly has everything you might need to feel at home right away—beach towels, a wine opener (always appreciated!), and a fully stocked fridge with cold beverages waiting for us after a long day of travel. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in each shower were also a nice convenience. Those little touches made all the difference.We stayed here with a big group of family and friends, and the layout could not have been better. One of the things I loved most was the number of bathrooms. With multiple families, it was wonderful that you didn’t have to share if you didn’t want to. Everyone had their own personal space to retreat to and enjoy privacy, which is so important when traveling with a large group.Another standout was how well the home worked for our teenagers. Instead of doom scrolling, they were constantly in the game room, which offered entertainment for all ages—pool, ping pong, chess, board games, and classic arcade games kept everyone engaged and having fun together.This home strikes the perfect balance between togetherness and privacy. It’s an exceptional property for large groups, thoughtfully equipped, beautifully maintained, and designed for making memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
