Come enjoy an amazing Gulf coast vacation in the beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in North Beach Village in Holmes Beach. This terrific condo has everything you need to experience a wonderful vacation on the Gulf. Relax in beautiful coastal decor and wood laminate flooring throughout the unit. As you enter the spacious living area, you will be struck by the amazing tropical wooded views out of the large windows.
Wind down to your favorite shows on a large flat-screen TV with a cable package and lots of comfy seating. Just off the kitchen is a game area with a foosball table and a variety of board games, puzzles, and books, to relax alone or take on the family. Right off the living room is a screened lanai surrounded by lovely palm trees.

The kitchen has updated stainless appliances and everything you need to enjoy your time on vacation. Also on the main level is a half bath/laundry room. Just upstairs is a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed, television, and en suite updated bath, as well as access to a private balcony. The primary bath has double sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower with a seat. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. The second full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. On the ground level, enjoy sitting out on the deck area while grilling your dinner. Venture over to the heated community pool and relax in the lounge chairs or go for a swim.

You may not want to leave, but when you are ready to venture out, the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are only a block away; There are also great dining and shopping opportunities within a few blocks, or hop on the free Anna Maria Trolley and explore the Island.
