Cosy 3 bedroom House on a fully fenced section.
Situated near Lake Dunstan and Old Cromwell. 4 minutes walk to the lake and 8 minutes walk to the Cromwell Golf Course. Close to 4 ski fields, 40mins drive to Wanaka and 50 mins drive to Queenstown. Also great bike trails and lake activities.

The space:
Quiet neighbourhood, not suitable for loud music or parties.
The Cottage is 90sqm on an easy care 250sqm section. There are three bedrooms, two queen beds, and one single.
The house is suitable for up to 4 people.
